The waitress in the hotel lobby was very friendly and polite. Since the hotel is a historical building and there is no elevator, she was small but very attentive in helping us carry our luggage up the stairs to the room. The room is spacious and the decoration is very warm and has a British town atmosphere. The hotel's breakfast was very good, and the children enjoyed it very much. It is a small British town hotel with high cost performance and service.

Great stay , very friendly and welcoming staff on arrival.
On a very cold night it was great to step into a lovely , cosy warm room . Good nights sleep and a great breakfast.
Will definitely stay again.

What a stunning place to stay! From the room, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the staff! Superb! I would like to give a special shout out to Amy. She greeted us upon arrival and had the warmest welcome - this immediately put our hopes high that we were going to have a pleasant stay. Again, at breakfast, her warm smile and personality was there! Amy’s boss…..she needs a pay rise! Wonderful lady. Would highly recommend staying here and I know we will be back.

Nice stay
Was good , slight niggle. I had to eat in a separate area more like a bar which was only counter service , apart from that food was excellent and service friendly and efficient . Also who knew Sandbach was a lovely little town -go and see
