I see such a dirty hotel for the first time! Cockroaches in the room. Bed linen and towels with stains that can't be washed off. But the location is good

Very simple hotel, friendly stuff. The hairdryer was broken and the shower was dripping. I was out most of the day, so the hotel is alright if that’s just for sleeping. But!! If you have a room facing Sandakan hotel, please be prepared that the service at the mosque next door starts vveeeeery early! One mullah sings very beautifully (I regret not recording him), but the other one has long pauses between the verses. So, whenever you feel like that’s the end of the service, don’t be fooled (it’s around 4-5am by the way). Other than that, nice and simple hotel.
