Slightly dated, yet clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Shower wouldn't turn on when I first arrived but was quickly fixed.

WiFi is crazy, you can never access to it. And you can’t your own 5G either because the connection is horrible.
You better bring your own toothbrush because this hotel doesn’t offer any.
You need to pay for everything extra, like extra tower pillow or blanket which I’ve never experienced during my 10days stay in Malaysia.
