Seen better for less. Lots of stairs. Room smells musty. No toiletries like other places. No ice bucket.

Steele Hill resort surpassed our expectations! We had one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. The views are spectacular. The resort staff is attentive and welcoming!

Beautiful resort. We stayed in the oldest building and paid the most of our family. Beautiful views. Great pool options. It’s approximately 25 minutes from ‘everything’ so make sure you don’t forget anything. We made the mistake of not bringing drinks, food and the restaurant was closed during the week for breakfast, which was inconvenient. They don’t change your towels or make your bed unless you ask. We had to make our sofa bed ourselves. Otherwise, very nice place and the staff who work there are very kind and helpful.

Overall the place is great. Has much to offer families and couples alike. We had an older unit, I am sure the newer ones are much better, but we did cut the stay a night short because of it. Too much light entering through the faux window above the bed (looking into a well lit hallway) made sleep difficult. The restaurant and were decent and the staff was great.

Indoors pools were amazing, my kids really enjoyed themselves (13, 6 and 4 years old). Place is clean and staff is great. Beautiful views from the main outdoor pool, wish I had more time to just chill there! Restaurant is really convenient, and food was good but quite expensive. 2 play structures in great condition and fun for the kids. Indoor Pools temperature were great but outdoors too cold in my opinion. Would come back every year if I could !

Steele Hill Resort is beautiful. Great views and landscapes. We enjoyed the pools and hiking trails. The Path Vacations tour (time share presentation) was abysmal. A terrible way to spend 2 hours, truly awful, aggressive and stressful, and will never go again.

The place is old not updated. The smell of mold. The girl at the front desk couldn’t help at all. The stated she’s not even from here. Shower water not hot sink in bathroom falling apart. The bedroom air conditioner is two box fans for u to plug in. Sprinkle system is large pipes coming out of the walls. Refrigerator makes a clicking sound like a mouse is coming in Asked to be changed with no satisfaction Very disappointed
