The service is really good. The room was cleaned twice a day.
However, there were unwiped water stains on the sink inside the room, and the sheets in the room felt a little damp. The overall hygiene felt not as clean as in China.
The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, but the a la carte items and drinks for lunch were terrible. However, the fried chicken ordered by the swimming pool was very juicy and delicious, so you can try it.

Second time for us to stay here this hotel!
This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help!
We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason!
-friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart!
-spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge
-Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels!
-spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day!

Very average, very different from the promotion... The staff and taxi drivers are suspected of colluding to deceive customers. I have eaten steak three times, once was barely acceptable and twice was very bad. The restaurant price is too different from the actual product, not recommended
