Very nice location, small downside regarding the room rate paid on Tripadvisor with the difference on site... no phone to call reception in the junior suite (number 4)

Excellent séjour dans un cadre paisible et élégant Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles, qui tient toutes ses promesses. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, avec un personnel de réception à la fois professionnel, attentif et agréable — ce qui fait toute la différence dès l’arrivée. Le cadre est magnifique, très calme et propice à la détente. L’emplacement est également idéal, à la fois pratique et paisible. L’établissement est parfaitement entretenu : tout est propre et soigné, ce qui renforce le sentiment de confort. En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un séjour reposant dans un bel environnement, avec un service à la hauteur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bel emplacement dans la baie de Bandol, réception aimable – tout le reste décevant. Minibar à des prix abusifs : 7 € pour 40 g de Pringles, 4,50 € pour un Snickers, 3 € pour 50 cl d’eau. Supermarché le plus proche à 15 minutes en voiture. Une erreur de facturation a été corrigée après intervention à la réception. Ascenseur ancien, portes très lentes. Espace piscine sale : transats avec fientes d’oiseaux et traces de sang, beaucoup de moustiques. Après avoir consommé le tartare, j’ai présenté des symptômes qui, selon mon médecin, peuvent correspondre à une intoxication alimentaire d’origine bactérienne – alité pendant trois jours. Cuisine froide, chère, sans saveur. Accueil du spa présent mais toujours au téléphone – les clients ont dû attendre. « Plage privée » en réalité publique. Mer inaccessible pendant deux jours. Hôtel non géré par le propriétaire ; direction jamais vue en 8 jours. 4.900 € pour un adulte et un adolescent : rapport qualité-prix très faible.

I spent one night at the Hôtel de la Farandole in Sanary, and it was a wonderful break. The room was clean, pleasant, quiet, and offered an exceptional sea view from the balcony—a truly relaxing experience. The pool was also very clean, with enough available spaces around it to settle in comfortably. The welcome was impeccable, both at reception and with the valet, both very professional and attentive. A little extra: the spa on the rooftop terrace where you can admire the sunset—a really nice experience that we were offered upon our arrival. The breakfast was plentiful and high-quality, nothing to complain about there. The direct access to a small, very clean public beach is also a real plus. The only small downside: the hotel restaurant, despite a magnificent panoramic view, did not live up to a 4-star standard in terms of both food and service. In short, a very good time, and I will gladly return.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement en juin en chambre Deluxe vue mer, terrasse à 410 € la nuit, tout s'est bien passé jusqu'à la dernière journée. Nous avons trouvé la chambre très agréable, l'endroit également. Par contre nous sommes très déçus de notre dernière journée. Vous aviez organisé un cocktail dans la chambre à côté de la nôtre ; cela a occasionné de nombreuses nuisances notamment : - Aucune intimité sur la terrasse où il y avait des dizaines de personnes (la terrasse voisine étant le prolongement de la nôtre sans aucune séparation mis à part 2 plantes dont une totalement sèche. Il y a eu des allées et venues incessantes. Nous avions prévu de passer la dernière soiree sur la terrasse, cela n'a pas été possible. Nous avons donc quitté l'hôtel le jeudi soir au lieu du vendredi matin en expliquant à l'accueil que le fait d'avoir organisé un cocktail à côté avec toutes ces personnes sur la terrasse voisine n'était pas très sympathique. Nous avons donc payé la dernière nuit pour rien ! Il aurait été agréable que l'on reprenne contact avec nous mais ça n'a pas été le cas. J'ai fait un mail pour expliquer notre mécontentement, là encore aucune réponse et au une considération. Le service client n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur pour un 4 étoiles.

Attention si vous prenez un pack massage dîner. Car il est impossible de changer quoi que ce soit dans les plats proposés par le chef lui-même. Sans savoir si vous aimez ou si vous avez un problème d’intolérance. Ma femme a dû payer une autre Entrée ! Ce qui est dommage car nous avons très bien mangé

Emplacement de hôtel super l’accueil super sinon tout le reste désirer. Chambre pas propre piscine sale petit déjeuné avec des produits industriels à 23€ par personne super cher et pas de choix. et pour couronner le tout, on vous sert un café en bord de piscine dans un gobelet en carton sympa comme prestations pour du 4 étoiles. Je vous le déconseille nous sommes très déçu avec ma femme
