Tres bel emplacement, petit bemole sur le tarif de la chambre payer sur trip avec la difference sur place… pas de telephone pour appeler la reception dans la suite junior (numero 4)

The site is great. Fantastic view from the suite on the sea. With Jacuzzi on the top roof. The beach La Gorguette is also very good, clean water and not too busy. Restaurant panoramic is ok, nothing ex optional. Only point to be improved is service from people working in Hostellerie, they are smart and friendly and try to do their best but I think they are not enough to cover all requests. So you have to wait for beach restaurant or bar service, but it's ok as they always come with a smile. So I suggest this place.

la localisation de l'hôtel est incroyable, le personnel est charmant et le restaurant en terrasse est divin! Nous étions dans la Villa, derrière l'hôtel principal, et nous étions bien au calme, avec une piscine assez grande à partager avec les 4 autres chambres, c'était parfait. En plus, si vous prenez la Villa, vous avez une place de parking assurée, ce qui est difficile à trouver dans cette petite impasse

J'avais avant tout une appréhension à l'idée de séjourner dans cette hôtel au vu des commentaires négatif ... Les gens sont vraiment trés dur ! L'hôtel est magnifique , l'emplacement vue mer incroyable , le personnel au petit soin , des chambres impeccable , mention spécial à la serveuse du pool bar qui est trés sympathique et ses cocktails délicieux . Seul bémol le prix du petit déjeuner qui est très sommaire pour le prix , ce qui m'empêche de mettre les 5 étoiles . Sinon je recommande les yeux fermés

Magnifique hôtel en bord de plage avec une magnifique piscine. Le point fort de l’hôtel L’ACCUEIL une réceptionniste qui se plie en quinze un voiturier adorable et d’une politesse exemplaire le second voiturier que nous avons moins eu tout aussi gentil et serviable. Une propreté impeccable. Le seul point faible je pense c’est un manque d’organisation mais qui n’a rien à voir avec tous le personnel qui est charmant. Je recommande très vivement nous avons passer une cours séjour mais très agréable. Bravo à toutes l’ équipe.

Une catastrophe ! Un personnel qui n’a aucun savoir faire , le niveau de service est déplorable. Mais où est le management ? Un beau navire qui se dégrade à vue d’œil et sans Capitaine. L’expérience est juste nulle et malgré notre plainte le management n’a même pas bougé ou essayer de corriger quoi que ce soit . Chambre mal nettoyée, draps tachés, transats piscine et terrasse sales / extérieur Piscine et tables très salles / personnel du restaurant laissé à l’abandon qui n’arrivent pas à suivre les commandes. En bref un personnel qui fait de son lieux au restaurant ( le staff hébergement est juste incompétent) . Tout devait être parfait aux prix pratiqués ! Mais ce bel écrin est en perdition avec un manque total de standards, philosophie de travail et aucune considération pour sa clientèle. Nous avions 2 chambres vue mer avec terrasse dont la suite / penthouse .

Bel outil de travail que cet hôtel. Bel emplacement de surcroît. Mais on ressent immédiatement à l'arrivée, comme une ambiance délétère. Un amateurisme institutionalisé en règle de fonctionnement. Personnel globalement en manque de formation. Des attitudes nonchalantes, une incapacité à la réactivité, une expression verbale peu en rapport de ce que l'on souhaite dans un quatre étoile.Tous le monde semble dépassé par sa tâche, écrasé par une direction inexistante. Parait-il qu'il y aurait 3 directeurs! Mais de l'avis même des employés, ils ne sont jamais là, et de toutes façons, ne font rien pour changer ce désastre annoncé ! Donc: - hôtel sale et mal entrenu. - piscine et alentours sales et apparemment sans aucun entretien. - nombreuses vitres cassées. -Vitres sales pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel. -proposition bar piscine et snaking consternantes de médiocrité et personnels( les pauvres) incompétents. BREF! ÉTABLISSEMENT À FUIR D'URGENCE !!!! PS: Nous avons laissé à dessein, un petit paquet pour voir si nous serions rappeler. Nous attendons encore l'appel. A FUIR je vous dis.

Une catastrophe nous avons fait la réservation dans la suite pas de draps propres jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas un service déplorable une accueil digne d'un hotel F1 . Pas de service hotel mal entretenu restauration a fuir À fuir je vous le déconseille fortement
