Hotel Sporting

I went on a school trip for five days, and unfortunately this hotel made this experience not half as good as it should have been. The food made everyone physically sick and it was mostly all cold. The cleaners went through our stuff when we were gone for most of the day and moved our stuff around the room. They wouldn’t let workers gave out about tan on towels when obviously tan washes off towels and what did they expect with 111 students in their hotel. The pool had no water in it the whole time we were there. And we were up so high we were in fog the time. I have no complaints about the workers as they were kind and respectul.

Unfortunately, I had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. From the start, things were off cleaners were going through our personal belongings and even threw our suitcases around, which felt like a huge invasion of privacy. The food was another letdown exactly the same every single night with no variety at all. The room itself was freezing, with no heating available, which made it really uncomfortable, especially at night. What made things worse was the fact that someone was literally outside my window while I was showering which was not only disturbing but completely unacceptable from a safety standpoint. On top of that, we were getting fined for the most minor things in the room, and the basics weren’t even taken care of. Blankets, bed sheets, and towels were never changed, and the WiFi barely worked. To be fair, the staff were actually quite nice and polite, and I have no complaints about their attitude but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to save the overall experience. I really wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here anytime soon.
