Hotel Panoramic

4 star hotel on paper in my opinion, I am not a technician but I frequent high-level hotels and restaurants. Fast and superficial welcome. I asked if their beach was available and they invited me to ask the guys directly once I arrived on site. Small room, with only one bedside table but with 2 air conditioners, one of which did not work. Defects everywhere: broken chair on the terrace, missing wires from the clothes horse, another broken chair along the corridors, smudged paint. Basic courtesy kit with cardboard headphones dirty with mold and hair included! Breakfast less than basic, I had to get up to go and ask the staff for 2 cappuccinos. I think everything needs a restoration. In any case it is not a 4 star in my poor opinion. I attach images

Very clean hotel with everything you need. Terrace with breathtaking view of San Vito. Super efficient and courteous beach shuttle service. Reception always ready and available for any possible request. Excellent restaurant, all the refined dishes are very tasty and typical local dishes as well as being well presented on an optical level, not to mention Salvatore and Nicola who were super attentive, courteous, friendly and truly efficient and professional waiters. We highly recommend it for families and others. Really very good

Not at all a 4 star! The location is definitely great, a short distance from the restaurant area and the beach, but... let's start from the entrance... there are only stairs that if a person has some difficulty walking they just can't access the reception. There is an external elevator but it is unusable (looking closely it hasn't been in operation for years!) And I won't tell you how hard it is to carry all the luggage! Once you enter the room, you realize that even these could use a good makeover. In the shower there is mold on the seals and water nozzles. The toilet flush has not been in production for at least 30 years (ours leaked water and they told us they couldn't find spare parts). Floor-mounted air conditioners with no possibility of inserting a dehumidifier. The windows had heavy curtains that were used in the 80s to protect from the sun, too bad they were full of dust, same thing for the headboard of the bed: after the first night both my husband and I started coughing and a lot of phlegm (allergy to dust and mites). As if that were not enough, in the reservation it was indicated that, by paying a €28 card per stay, we would have included the beach service (umbrella + 2 sunbeds + beach towels): nothing could be further from the truth! the beach is paid for! If you go with the name of the hotel it costs €20 per day (umbrella + 2 sunbeds), if you go without the name of the hotel it costs €15. We reported this by sending an email with the details, as requested by the guy at the reception, but from here a "passing the buck" began between the hotel and booking, they would let us know the next day, then the day after that and so on.. in the meantime we left without having received an answer. result? 4 days, €60 on the beach and we had to buy beach towels (if we had known beforehand we would have brought our own + umbrella). Furthermore, from a 4-star hotel, you expect that if a customer makes a complaint proving they are right, the hotel will take action to resolve it, not wait for the customers to leave pretending nothing has happened and hoping that the customer doesn't ask every day! Shuttle service: definitely a good idea, too bad it would also be useful in the evening, not until 6:45 pm at the latest. It is true that the hotel is a 10/15 minute walk from the restaurant area, but with the stifling heat and after a day at the beach, it can become burdensome, after all it is a 5 minute shuttle ride. Breakfast: from 7:30 to 9:30. At 8:30 the croissants and pane cunzato were already finished. I kindly asked if I could have more, and was told no because "if there was any left it would have been thrown away". yes, but there is an hour left until the end of breakfast time.. someone else would have eaten them! Then, maybe because we booked through a travel site and not directly with them, but they gave us a corner room, with a view of the mountain inside a dry and dusty garden and therefore it was not even

Mi rivolgo alla direttrice la sig luisa ..se ricorda non avendo modo di vederla di persona l ho raggiunta telefonicamente ..con un gruppo di 27 persone mi ha creato non pochi problemi in quanto le camere non sono all altezza di un 4 **** ..consegnata una camera x disabili ad una persona di bassa statura ..la seconda notte l hanno spostata in un camera quasi tugurio nel sottoscale e puzza di muffa..risultato che la sig e' stata male perche affetta da problemi di ventilazione ..e non ha potuto fare le escursioni nei giorni seguenti .. Ho elencato i vari disagi ma non hanno risolto il problema ..tra l altra la camera x disabili aveva perdita di acqua a terra ..unica cosa positiva la cucina e il personale sala Salvatore e Nicola . Andrea il factorum spremuto come un limone .. Alla partenza ho enunciato tutti i problemi ma non ho ricevuto soluzioni alternative Conclusione che ho dovuto saldare le tasse di soggiorno per tutti perche' non me la sentivo di farle pagare ..pagato 3.€ al giorno sul sito dice 2.35 € In piu" una persona e' venuta meno quindi doveva agevolarmi quantomeno x le tasse ..agito ' di conseguenza ..

Bellissima la vista sul golfo. Cucina curata e ottima Camere nella norma. Spaziose e pulite Personale tutto completamente a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza e gentile Colazione salata e dolce a buffet Cena con menù a scelta servito al tavolo

Sicuramente non è un hotel 4 stelle , arredamento anni 90 , camera e bagno completamente da rifare . Scomodo con un passeggino e le valigie, scale da salire senza una rampa , per entrare in hotel . Accoglienza , male … la reception completamente da rivedere , personale poco cordiale e motivato. Per il resto si cena bene e i due camerieri di sala ( Salvatore e Nicola ) sono molto bravi , gentili e disponibili. Non ritornerei .
