NEVER EVER AGAIN NOT EVEN FREE !!!
Da Ferien für uns eine überdurchschnittliche Bedeutung haben, sind wir auch gewillt und gerne bereit uns auf eher teuereHotels einzulassen. Bin nicht ganz sicher, aber das CAPO SAN VITO Hotel, ist das teuerste in San Vito lo Capo. Wir sind 10 Tage durch Sizilien gereist und haben in keinem nicht mal annähern, eine solche unprofessionelle Art und Dienstleistung erlebt, wie im Hotel CAPO SAN VITO. Das Personal ist weder geschult, noch freundlich was ja in einem solchen Hotel das Mindeste ist. ACHTUNG:DasHitel versteckt sich hinter unangebrachten Machenschaften. Die Halbpension-Leistung ist NICHT komplett, so muss man einen Teil vom Dreigang Abendessen noch zusätzlich bezahlen. Strandtücher kosten2 Euro pro Tag, Liegeplätze am Privatstrand vom Hotel sind enorm Kostenpflichtig und die Einteilung der Liegeplätze katastrophal . Enger ineinander gepfercht, geht nicht und das bei einem Preis von 980.-Euro für zwei Nächte. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv in jeder Sicht massiv überteuert! NICHT empfehlenswert und schon gar nicht begehrenswert! NEVER EVER AGAIN NOT EVEN FREE!!!!!

Tolle Lage,direkt an den Strand angrenzend. Traumhaftes Meer. Seevice entspricht jedoch nicht 4*. Schlechtes bis kein Wlan, beim Frühstück mussten wir für Eier extra bezahlen,obwohl sie am Buffet angerichtet werden. Spa CHF 30.00/ Std

Personal sehr freundlich, charmant, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Service und Essen sind den Preis absolut wert. Standort top, Eigenprodukte (egal ob food oder non food) sehr hochwertig. Qualität statt Quantität. Ein Betrieb, der Verantwortung für die Umwelt ernst nimmt.

Just checked out of Hotel San Vito de Capo. I extensively researched and chose the hotel for a relaxing romantic break. I’m afraid our experience was disappointing and the hotel is really over priced. Over all the the hotel feels badly managed and lacking in any class. Rooms are small and tired. The view is lovely but the great location is spoilt by the noise both mornings we were woken up by horrendous beeping of trucks from 8 am. There is an extra charge for everything spa 30 euro each for only 1 hour even sunbeds 20 euro. This was not explained very little info given on QR code or when signing for sunbed. The breakfast was fairly basic but what was there was nice, service was slow and even ordering a coffee took a while. We asked for an iron no ironing board available and were asked to return it at 9.15 when they rang our room and woke us up to return it. So many aspects of our frustrations would be easy to improve hopefully they can address them for 2025.

Das war sicher mal ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Aber seit Jahren wurde – auf alle Fälle im Zimmer, das wir hatten – nichts mehr oder wenig investiert. Die Matratzen sind gut, aber mein Kissen war zu weich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber der Hocker in der Garderobe ist zerschlissen, wie auch die Bettumrandung. Die Lampenschirme sind fleckig. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Doch weil es nicht parallel zum Meer gebaut wurde, sieht man von den Zimmern aus nicht nur aufs Meer, sondern auch auf Mistkübel der nahe gelegenen Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert. Liegestühle muss man bezahlen.

1 star hotel at a 4 star price. The place is dirty, their website photos aren't recent and the manager is extremely rude. They will nickel and dime you for any normal requests a 4 star hotel would offer for free. Even then, if you happen to arrive when the female manager is on, even normal requests will be denied (no help with luggage even if you offer a large tip). If you get a filthy room, they'll let you change rooms, for a fee. In short, if you are looking to spend all of your money on a hotel that will make you wish you had just slept on the street, this is the place for you!
