I want to be objective: despite a good breakfast, I have to complain about the less than perfect cleaning, the broken mosquito net in the room that was never fixed and the disappearance of various bathroom products following cleaning... honestly, there are better places in San Vito Lo Capo!

Tutto buono, vicina al centro e comoda da raggiungere. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e silenziosa. Bagno da sistemare in qualche particolare.

The strong point is definitely the company of the family that runs the B&B. Nothing to say. As the management of a Bed & Breakfast structure should be! Familiar, close and attentive to the customer. Available and courteous. Rino and Sergio with the rest of the family work hard to always try to give the best to the customers of their B&B. Excellent breakfast with local sweet and savory products with variations every morning. Breakfast is served outside under a veranda. Excellent! The 2013 B&B is very well kept. In fact Rino and Sergio told us that every year just after the seasonal closure they begin work to renovate the structure. Tulipano room beautiful and spacious. Bathroom quite spacious. Perhaps a slightly smaller sink would have allowed you to move around better and perhaps install slightly larger sanitary fixtures. Nice outdoor space with a table and 2 chairs. There is a clothes horse with pegs which is essential in the summer. Also outside there is also a nice corner with a sofa. As defects we found that despite the apparently excellent windows you can hear a lot of noise from vehicles on the street especially the numerous water tankers that pass continuously. Also the noise that comes from the adjacent room equipped for breakfast is notable. So soundproofing needs to be reviewed even if I think it is difficult to fix the issue. Furthermore the bathroom extractor fan does not work which being blind is not a pleasant thing. The position of the B&B is a bit out of the way from the center of San Vito lo Capo. About 15/20 minutes on foot (it will be a km). Instead for the beach another 10 minutes. Excellent structure for a holiday in San Vito lo Capo.

Unica cosa positiva la pulizia che sicuramente era accurata. per il resto personale per niente a disposizione. gente che parla a voce alta dalle 6 di mattina. scorbutici e antipatici. comunicazione degli orari della colazione approssimativi. nessuna attenzione al cliente. pessimo.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nel settembre del 2019 e la sensazione è stata subito quella di sentirsi in famiglia così come la famiglia che gestisce la struttura. Camera e servizi puliti e la mattina dolci e delizie preparate dalla padrona di casa (una cosa non raccontabile, solo da gustare, specie il pane cunzato). Leggermente fuori dal centro del paese non è del tutto un difetto anzi, nei periodi in cui ci sono feste che attraggono tantissime persone (ed io sono capitato nel bel mezzo del cus cus festival), tutta la confusione non si avverte di certo e la prima spiaggia utile è raggiungibile a piedi con una piccola passeggiata. Lo consiglio vivamente.
