Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Livia in famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Nonostante avessimo scelto un monolocale, l’appartamento era spazioso, comodo e ben organizzato. Pulizia e arredi curati e tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio. La posizione è davvero perfetta, a due passi dal mare e dal centro di San Vincenzo. A pochi metri, presso Villa Piani , abbiamo potuto usufruire di una piscina , ben tenuta e con solarium, ideale per i momenti di relax dopo la spiaggia. Un soggiorno che consigliamo sicuramente, sia per la struttura che per la posizione.

Habbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni ad agosto è stato piacevolissimo, sopra ogni aspettativa. Il monolocale che abbiamo scelto ha tutte le dotazione necessarie per soggiornare comodamente e anche cucinare sito in posizione centrale è comodissimo. Le pulizie sono state perfette, pulito e curato molto bene. Dal check in al check out siamo stati seguiti con cortesia e disponibilità dalla signora Roberta alla quale vanno i nostri ringraziamenti. Sicuramente un soggiorno da ripetere. Tania.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 amiche a Villa Livia nell'appartamento n. 7 dal 13 al 15.09.24. L'appartamento é molto carino, la posizione é ottima, ma la gestione é terribile. La prima sera ci é scivolato il phon. Si é staccato un pezzo di plastica, ma era funzionante. Abbiamo comunicato alla direzione e ci hanno chiesto 50 Euro per un phon attaccato alla parete che su amazon costa 10 euro! Un po' sorprese per la caduta di stile, ma abbiamo cercato di goderci il soggiorno. Dopo il check out, ci ha chiamato il proprietario chiedendoci indietro il pezzo di plastica, perché aveva l'appartamento prenotato e doveva riattaccarlo al phon! Abbiamo risposto un po' risentite, che visto che ci aveva fatto pagare 50 euro e il phon doveva essere sostituito, il pezzo rotto lo abbiamo buttato via. Lui si é innervosito e ha detto alla mia amica al telefono, che era cafona e antipatica! Un comportamento da miserabile. Appartamento bello, gestito da personale pessimo!

Appartamento ampio con ogni comfort, moderno, bellissimo terrazzo vista mare. Completo di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Posizione in pieno centro a San Vincenzo. Siamo stati solo 4 notti, ma ci torneremo sicuramente per una vacanza più lunga.

E' diventato ufficialmente il mio posto del cuore. Appartamento bello, spazioso, pulito e con tutto il necessario; qualora ci fossero delle necessità il manager Enrico è attento e disponibile. La posizione perfetta davanti al mare e con un servizio parking ottimo. Da segnalare il servizio di colazione su ordinazione (è bello svegliarsi con le brioches fuori dalla porta) e il rent delle biciclette, come altre attività sulla spiaggia. Ovviamente ho già prenotato per il 2025

Posto Incantevole con la vista Mare..vicino a tutti i servizi e ristoranti. Parcheggio Riservato. Ormai sono diversi anni che periodicamente andiamo.. Enrico persona Stupenda e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa Lo consiglio vivamente...sia in Estate che in Inverno...il Mare è bello Sempre ...☺️

A well appointed holiday apartment with a wonderful furnished sun terrace directly overlooking the Marina . It is within easy walking distance of the town and beach and there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. The apartment was very clean with a simple kitchenette . We only used the coffee machine as we were attending my daughters wedding and had no intention of cooking. The majority of the electrical sockets are L type which caught us out a bit .. but having contacted the host representative Alana she came promptly with an appropriate adaptor . The only issue I had was that we had to remove all rubbish ourselves to the bins situated by the train station .

meravigliosa vista sul porto, appartamento silenzioso, struttura pulita e accogliente arredata con elementi essenziali ma decisamente graziosi. A due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Super consigliato!
