Un resort elegant, dans une endroit de reve, sur la cote etrusc, tout pres des objectifs cultutelles magnifique : Cinqueterre, Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, San Gimingniano, Elba,.... Le resort propre, avec toote les facilitees, un jardin superb. Le staff aimable, efficient, professionelle, specialment Madam Betty. On le recommende de tout coeur.

This resort had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay in San Vincenzo. The rooms are simple but nice and clean. Since there was only 2 of us the 1 bathroom worked. But if there were more people in our party it would have been a stretch. It was the low season and we didn't get to enjoy the pool or spa but we still had a great time. The resort is a 40 minute walk into the town center. I'm sure in the summer months the bus would run more frequiently. We used the taxi service on the days we didn't feel like walking or when we needed to take the train. Loved walking around the town of San Vincenzo with all it's beatiful shops and restaurants. And there is a grocery store where you can buy lots of Italian goodies to enjoy a meal and snacks back at the resort.

Da trent’anni a questa parte frequentiamo questo residence. Abbiamo 2 settimane in multiproprietà. Ci siamo sempre trovati bene, come una seconda casa al mare. Esperienza che rifaremo ancora i prossimi anni. Abbiamo il paese di San Vincenzo a circa 2 km collegato comodamente da una ciclabile che percorro molto volentieri a piedi tutte le mattine di vacanza.

Read the fine print. We went in mid October, arrived on Saturday, and could not even get a coffee on the resort on Sunday. All resort services were closed for the season. Not even coffee in the main reception (unlike many timeshares I have been at). Even if it had not been off season, the mattresses and pillows have earned their burial; so uncomfortable. Time for upgrades. The kitchen needs upgrades to electrical (one plug in our unit) and a coffee machine (the expresso cafeteria is not for everyone especially when nothing is open to buy coffee. The bathroom grout and toilet surround need repairs / the cup needs replacing. Put a small welcome basket in the room..especially for late arrivals. Positives, staff generally quickly remedied what they could (except for the coffee situation although they were drinking coffee on Sunday) and were sympathetic that there were no services. We received a coupon for a free spa visit at a nearby resort which was wonderful. Overall, we left early as there was little available on the resort (the pool is not heated) and only two cabs in the nearby town which is a near two hour walk (we know...we did it only to be stranded there with no cab available. thank you to staff for picking us up). RCI has award plaques all over the wall in the reception area. RCI's website should have clearly stated up front "You are booking off season. NO resort services are available on site or available nearby. You NEED a car and not all shops etc are open in town". Overall, I cannot recommend this resort as it stands, and given that staff were not immediately forthcoming about the resort being essentially closed. In fairness, in the height of summer, it would likely have been a much better experience.

The resort needs some serious updating. The mattress was so hard you might as well sleep on the tile floor. Luckily the sofa wasn’t as bad, so I slept in the living room. There was no WiFi unless you went outside, near the reception area, where you had to deal with mosquitos. The coffee vending machine didn’t work. The safe in the room required a key. The tv is a small computer monitor with very little to watch if you speak English. AND there were concerts being held at a nearby location that blasted the music until 1 am. It was so loud you could hear it even with all the windows and doors closed. At least the room was clean and the staff was ok.

Partendo dal presupposto che la mia famiglia ha una multiproprietà qui da 25 anni ma negli ultimi anni la situazione e' peggiorata. Partiamo dall'animazione, animazione ridotta all'osso con quattro/ Cinque ragazzi che cercano di fare tutto ma tutto approssimativamente (fanno quello che possono), bar chiuso ad ora di pranzo quindi o ti accontenti del distributore riduttore automatico o ti freghi. Piscina bassa (piccola) con acqua torbida a causa di un motore rotto (®così ci e' stato riferito) e senza alcun assistente bagnante quindi regole non rispettate con ragazzini che si sono tuffati per una settimana e soprattutto senza cuffia e disturbando tutti. Piscina grande con tantissima gente ma pochissimi lettini a disposizione. Un pomeriggio un bambino ha vomitato fuori la piscina grande e ho riferito la notizia ai ragazzi del bar i quali ridendo mi hanno detto che non era competenza loro pulire. Alla sera quando siamo scesi con i bambini per la baby dance il vomito era ancora lì senza che nessuno si fosse preoccupato di far pulire. Potrei parlare di altri mille problemi avuti ma mi fermo qui. Non ci tornerei

Ambiente molto curato, appartamento ampio e completo di tutto il necessario (buoni i saponi nel bagno e morbidi gli asciugamani). Bello il mare e la spiaggia. Si mangia bene nei loro ristoranti. Divertente l'animazione. Molto bravo e simpatico il parrucchiere.

Ottima struttura immersa nel verde molto curato. Alla reception cordialissimi,gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Appartamento a piano terra molto ampio, fornito di tutto e pulito. Fantastici i saponi mani e doccia naturali. A pochi passi bar interno e anfiteatro, nella piazza esterna vicina ristorante buono(servizio era all'inizio : da curare di più) mercatino(fornito di prodotti locali e buone briosche) e parrucchiere simpaticissimo. Degno di nota:spazio auto coperto per ogni appartamento.Spiaggia riservata molto bella con ristorante-bar dedicato. Possibilità di usare la SPA del residence vicino.La struttura è relativamente vicina al centro di San Vincenzo e al suo porto,meglio usare auto o bici.

My college dorm had better mattresses than this place. They were like a Coleman pop up camper mattress. Same with the couch. Needs a serious update. Out of town, no amenities, no one there after 8:00. Stayed there mid April.
