Il soggiorno programmato in questo albergo è stato purtroppo deludente per molte ragioni. La camera doppia era piccolissima, anonima, senza arredi e con una cabina armadio piccola e scomoda per due persone, per non parlare dell'odore tremendo di muffa. Il bagno era sempre poco pulito e il piatto doccia rotto!!! La palestra era una semplice stanza "FREDDA", in tutti i sensi, con pochi attrezzi e non tutti utilizzabili (la mattina dovevo accendere in autonomia le luci, l'aria calda e gli attrezzi)!!! La SPA "IMBARAZZANTE", sporchissima, minuscola, noiosa, trasandata e priva di personale. Il cibo era discreto, ma la Proprietaria è riuscita a rovinare l'unico lato positivo del suo albergo, con la sua poca empatia e spesso scortesia. La Signora Proprietaria con il caschetto biondo, l'ultimo giorno ha avuto il coraggio di proporci panini da portar via A PAGAMENTO !!!! Viaggio molto e sono stato in molti alberghi (anche a San Vigilio), ma questo di 4 stelle ha solo l'aspetto esterno(imponente)della struttura, ma soprattutto IL CONTO ALTO! Prima di prenotare ho letto molte recensioni positive di altri clienti, ma questa volta ho sbagliato a fidarmi di sconosciuti probabilmente abituati ad accontentarsi.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Hotel Condor und können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Zubringerkabinenbahn zum Skigebiet Kronplatz. Man spürt gleich von Anfang an beim Check-In, dass es ein familiengeführtes Hotel ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist auf Skiurlauber zweckmäßig ausgerichtet. Wir benutzten weniger das schöne Hallenbad, sondern den Spa Bereich. Das Essen ist vorzüglich, das Vorspeisenbuffet ist überwältigend. Die vielen Südtiroler Spezialitäten haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Weinkarte ist umfangreich und enthält auch eine breite Auswahl aus der Region. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir in hinsichtlich des Angebots an vegetarischen Speiseangeboten. Dies betrifft sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen. Es war unser erster Urlaub in den Dolomiten. Auch das Wetter trug dazu bei, dass es ein Skiurlaub war, von dem wir noch lange zehren werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Familie Leimegger mit ihrem tollen Personal.

Siamo stati benissimo, accolti da personale molto professionale, l’albergo ha un’ottima posizione ed è adatto a chi come noi fa vacanze in famiglia con bimbi piccoli .. La spa bellissima, cucina ottima e sala giochi per bambini molto grande !

Ein familiäres sehr gut geführtes Hotel nahe der Seilbahn. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet mit vielen Südtiroler Spezialitäten. Die Weinkarte ist anregend und ruft vernünftige, bezahlbare Preise auf. Schöner Barsalon mit Sesselecken, Tischen, Buchregalen für den Aufenthalt vor und nach dem Essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel auch Freunden empfehlen.

Tutto perfetto, forse mancavano le ciabatte da camera. Colazione e cena da urlo. Pulizia camere esemplare, servizio camerieri eccellente e disponibilita' massima da parte loro e della proprieta'. Zona piscina e sauna veramente notevoli, fosre si puo' insegnare alla clientela, che la sauna è zona relax, e quindi evitare di parlare ad alta voce e schiamazzare.

An amazing destination in the Dolomites. Such a fantastic hotel to have world-class breakfasts and decadent dinners. Clean comfortable room, the spacious spa, and inviting sitting area looking at the mountains are heaven. The staff is exceptionally professional and courteous.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e non sarà nemmeno l'ultima. Per noi è una seconda casa. È in centro e vicino agli impianti di risalita (che sia inverno per sciare o estate per una bellissima camminata sul plan de corones). Camera con una bellissima vista sulle montagne, colazione abbondante per iniziare al meglio la giornata e vasta scelta per la cena. Tutto buonissimo al punto da fare il bis!! Lo staff...beh che dire, disponibilissimi e attenti ad ogni tua esigenza. Non vediamo l ora di tornare quest estate!
