Con nostalgia dei bei momenti appena passati all’hotel Almhof Call non posso che esprimere commenti positivi su questa struttura. Primo punto per me fondamentale è la pulizia e posso dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia per le camere che per la spa e tutta la struttura in generale. Complimenti allo chef la cucina è ottima, si mangia benissimo e, veramente molto buono e abbondante, il buffet pomeridiano che comprende addirittura le bevande. Complimenti poi a tutto il personale ma in particolare alle ragazze della reception e a Gabriel sempre molto disponibile e simpatico. Eccezionale il servizio navetta per le piste praticamente sempre a disposizione. E infine ringrazio la famiglia Call e tutti i collaboratori per l’attenzione speciale dedicata mio marito per il giorno del suo compleanno! Speriamo di poter tornare presto in questo splendido hotel e nella bellissima San Vigilio

Consigliato da una amica, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questo bellissimo hotel, a due passi dalle piste da sci di Plan de Corones. Siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità dallo staff e dalla famiglia, sempre attenti e disponibili. Le camere sono spaziose, arredate con gusto in stile alpino e dotate di ogni comfort, con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Dopo una giornata sulle piste, l'area wellness è stata un vero toccasana. Fantastici i massaggi!! Anche la cucina ci ha ampiamente soddisfatti con piatti tradizionali altoatesini. La colazione è ricca, mentre la cena è stata un'esperienza culinaria eccezionale. I pranzi li abbiamo consumati nelle Baite della zona. L’hotel è ideale per le famiglie amanti dello sport e della natura. Un luogo incantevole anche per chi ama le passeggiate nella neve. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Hotel stupendo, personale gentilissimo e pulizia eccellente. Cucina spettacolare, soprattutto la carne. Colazione molto variegata e ampia presenza di prodotti del territorio. Bellissima la zona piscina riscaldata e l’area saune relax. Unico appunto, la presenza di bambini in zona piscina senza un adeguato controllo rende l’esperienza meno rilassante, visti i tuffi e gli schiamazzi. Nella zona sauna per fortuna non si entra se minorenni, anche se qualche bambino ogni tanto lo si trova anche li. Purtroppo le urla derivanti dalla piscina si sentino anche nella zona relax. Ecco unico appunto, qualcuno che controlli e limite la cosa. Per il resto hotel consigliatissimo per vacanza rilassante.

We were in this hotel as part of a family ski-trip. Since 2008 we have been frequent guests of the establishment. Everything was perfect, both the staff and the owners were extremely kind, the food was impeccable, the spa was amazing and the service was top class. If you asked us, we'd say that this is the best hotel in the Dolomites. We'll definitely be coming back in the following years.

Siamo stati in questa splendida struttura sia per il capodanno del 2024 che da ultimo per il capodanno 2025. Siamo ritornati perchè ci siamo trovato molto bene e abbiamo convolto anche altre famiglie. Siamo stati molto bene, però credo che il servizio vada completato con la possibilità di avere almeno un bollitore in camera (oramai tutte le strutture lo prevedono) dato il livello della medesima. In effetti se in tardissima serata o durante la notte avete bisogno e/o voglia di una tisana sia la reception che il ristorante che il bar sono chiusi. Es. Abbiamo avuto bisogno nel corso della note di un bicchiere di acqua calda per una medicina da sciogliere e siamo ricorsi all'acqua calda del lavabo del bagno. Ps. personale ok, ma camerieri che camminano e fanno commenti seppur a bassa voce di altri tavoli a volte non è un bel sentire.

Hotel bellissimo, pulito e di alto livello. Personale sempre molto cortese e disponibile. Usufruito delle terme, anch'esse ben attrezzate. Dobbiamo però segnalare i problemi avuti con la cucina, in quanto nonostante avessimo prenotato ad Ottobre e chiesto esplicitamente una cucina vegana con risposta affermativa, la stessa non era assolutamente presente. A colazione e al buffet non esisteva un'area dedicata e ogni pietanza mancante della descrizione ingredienti presenti nelle portate. Il menu serale sempre e solo con portate a base di carne e cibo di origine animale. Nonostante le nostre rimostranze, data anche la richiesta esplicita al momento della prenotazione, non siamo mai riusciti ad avere attenzione da parte della cucina. Peccato davvero, perchè ad oggi avere diverse cucine per vegetariani, celiaci, vegani, etc...dovrebbe essere all'ordine del giorno, soprattutto se richiesto esplicitamente.
