Превосходные сауны! Очень хороший ресторан для ужина. Завтраки по цене 20€/чел были тоже очень достойными. Единственный минус - это то, что в номере нет чайника, ватных дисков, холодильника, кондиционера )) но это указано в описании, отель позиционирует себя как эко отель. Но хотелось хотя бы чайник для горячей воды и банально ватных дисков

The building was very clean. The spa and hot spring pool were really nice. There was no air conditioning, so I had to open the windows to cool down. The staff were all friendly~~

Wir haben als Familie (4 Ps) m März 2025 eine Woche Winterurlaub im Ama Stay im idyllischen Ort San Vigilio inmitten der wunderschönen Dolomiten verbracht. Schon die Kommunikation bei der Buchung und das Telefonat während der Anreise waren vorbildlich. Das gesamte Team dieses tollen neuen Hotels ist unglaublich nett, sehr freundlich und absolut kundenorientiert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Atmosphäre im Speisebereich ist einfach wunderschön mit Blick auf die Weltcup-Piste "Erta". Auch das optionale Abendessen ist sehr empfehlenswert, ebenso wie die sehr guten Snacks, die tagsüber an der Bar angeboten werden. Der Wellnessbereich mit dem tollen Rooftop-Pool ist einfach toll mit mehr als genug Platz zum Relaxen. Auch die angebotenen Massagen waren ein wahrer Genuss. Mit anderen Worten: Wir werden gerne wiederkommen :-)

L’albergo è veramente bello, nuovo, moderno, essenziale. Meravigliosa la zona relax e spa. Molto attenti al tema Ecologico. Posizione strategica per la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita. Atmosfera molto accogliente, la camera è spaziosa, calda con i comfort giusti. Servizio ottimo. Prima colazione completa offre molti prodotti freschi del territorio. Ristorante ottimo. Our experience at AMA Stay was absolutely fantastic! As an organisation, we booked accommodations for 33 people, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was immaculate—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, with a special shoutout to Gulia and Wally for going above and beyond to make our trip seamless. Their assistance started months before our arrival, ensuring everything was perfectly organized—From organizing taxi transfers and planning day trips to being our go-to staff members for anything we needed! The spa facilities were breath-taking, and I highly recommend taking the time to visit if you're staying at AMA Stay. A huge thank you to the entire team and Markus for such a warm welcome. I can’t wait to return in the future!

Have only arrived to this immaculate hotel today, staff very pleasant, hotel is very clean and rooms look spectacular but something’s missing and that’s the comforts you expect from a hotel of this standard. Complimentary bottle of warm water on the side as there is no fridge or minibar. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room asked for this at the front desk and are not available but could supply a kettle for hot water. Going to the spa tomorrow but nowhere to dry you swim wear catering in the wet weather you can’t dry your clothes. Nice to look at not so sure you will want to stay long.

A beautiful new hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere, a lovely fragrance, and exceptional cleanliness. The modern design is stunning. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and well-designed. The cuisine is delicious, beautifully presented, and full of refined flavors. The hotel features a pristine wellness area with a breathtaking view of the village and ski slopes. A huge thank you to the entire team—they are perfectly coordinated, respectful, and incredibly kind. It’s clear that they value their work and genuinely enjoy what they do. A special thanks to Markus (Managing Director)—he is an excellent and dedicated leader, always friendly and smiling, guiding his team flawlessly. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we truly enjoyed it and will definitely return!
