The room was clean enough. But the operation of the air conditioner was very frustrating, as it was very loud. One day we returned to our room at 12 o'clock, but there was no electricity, so we couldn't even take a shower. Regarding the preparation of food, I really didn’t like the fact that many items were not on the menu, and of those that were there, they forgot to bring them, had to wait for a very long time, and brought already cold dishes. Questo luogo immerso nella natura e favoloso e i gestori sono accoglienti come una famiglia.Tutto e’ pulito e decoroso,i prodotti della colazione ottimi(caffè vero!)☺️.Se si fa attenzione ad organizzarsi con i mezzi per muoversi e alla geografia(la zona e’ molto vasta) e’ una base ideale per visitare spiagge meravigliose e natura incontaminata.E’ un piccolo paradiso se si apprezzano le meraviglie di questo luogo semplice e d’altri tempi che noi in Occidente non abbiamo più.Ve lo consiglio mille volte

We arrived at check-in time, our room was not ready (no problem), the manager made us go up to the dining room to wait. We waited 30 minutes without even a glass of water offered even though we had just arrived from a long journey. The room is nice, very clean. We decided to have lunch there, the restaurant is pretty, spacious and charming. However, if you are in a hurry, move on. As many reviews say: you have to wait at least 2 hours to be served when there was a table of 4, a table of 2 and a table of 1. Incomprehensible! 2 hours for chicken with rice, it completely ruins the afternoon. No apology, no explanation, when we went to see her to find out if there was a problem she just said "no". Almost similar experience with breakfast, 1 hour wait for eggs and toast, we were served at a different time and the drinks arrived when we were finished. San Vincente is growing, it doesn't have much competition today but I think it will really have to remedy this huge problem if it wants to continue the restaurant part.
