Embarrassing services and structure. Indecent situation on the beach. To access you have to cross a fetid and smelly swamp via a dangerous pier with nails and broken beams. There are no toilets and people excrete their waste in the bushes generating a nauseating smell… Resort without services. Virtually non-existent spa with rude staff. They are absolutely not equipped for the wind which is practically always there, with ashtrays or windproof umbrellas etc To be avoided

Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the basis of this resort branded Baglioni but there is little of Baglioni except the logo... It is an old resort called Paradaise, renovated as best as possible and used as a trap for foreign tourists who have few demands . Staff not adequately trained and in some cases too pedantic. Room cleaning not done or done hastily, at absurd times like 5.30pm. Leaving a greasy, wet cleaning cloth and a lot of hair in the suitcase… That the guest service provided the laundry for free... I would say the minimum in cases like these. For a 5 star hotel and even more so for a Baglioni there is a lot of work to be done to improve the services. Deserving a special mention are Paolo and Antonello from the beach service who do everything to make up for the shortcomings of the structure, Francesco from the always professional restaurant and the director Victoriano for the upgrade.

The manager of the western restaurant has a poor service attitude and yelled at the guests because the breakfast was by the pool so I wore a swimsuit and a mesh dress The manager shouted dresscode at me from a distance and my friend helped me back to the room immediately I told the front desk that I respected the dress code of the restaurant but as a guest manager this rude behavior made me feel uncomfortable. Obviously it was an open-air dining environment, so I couldn't go in while standing at the door. All in all, it was a poor service experience The hotel facilities are general and the beach of the hotel is shared. If you don't have a car from the hotel, it will be very troublesome to go anywhere. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi. There is no follow-up feedback after the behavior. This hotel is not in the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by car, but the hotel itself has no bright spots. It is not recommended for everyone to visit.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Baglioni Resort Sardinia dal 2 al 13 settembre e come esperienza si è rivelata secondo le nostre aspettative. Rispetto a diverse recensioni lette prima della nostra partenza, tra cui purtroppo parecchie negative, sentiamo la necessità di contraddire quanto letto. La struttura rispecchia il livello di qualità e lo standard attribuito ai “Baglioni resorts”, sia riguardo la cura dei dettagli che la gestione e professionalità dello staff. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile nel soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza del cliente, rendendo il soggiorno un’esperienza unica. Presenti due ristoranti ed un pool bar tutti di ottima qualità con pietanze ricercate e prodotti freschi. Ottima anche la colazione. Le camere presenti sono di diverse tipologie, dislocate su diversi livelli ma nello stesso tempo inserite in maniera soft nel contesto ambientale in cui si trova il resort. Il tutto immerso in una natura paesaggistica molto curata e rilassante. La nostra camera era una suite see wiew arredata con gusto e sempre ben pulita. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia, a nostro parere una delle migliori sino ad ora viste in Sardegna, risulta accessibile dal resort tramite un percorso pedonale pianeggiante di circa 5/10 minuti di camminata su un pontile attraverso il quale si raggiunge lo stabilimento balneare riservato dell’hotel. I lettini risultano adeguatamente distanziati l’uno con l’altro, unico consiglio il cambio di tipologia di ombrellone al momento non adeguati esteticamente allo standard del resort. La sabbia risulta essere di sabbia fine bianca con un mare cristallino dai colori turchesi che lentamente degrada. Un particolare ringraziamento ai bagnini Paolo e Antonello, sempre in prima linea per gentilezza e simpatia nell’accogliere gli ospiti. Un altro ringraziamento a tutto lo staff dei ristoranti, in particolare Valerio, Piera, Francesco, Loredana, Adelaide ed un grazie particolare a Maurizio del ristorante Gusto assieme allo chef Andrea. Per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza un ringraziamento anche a Francesco e Alessandro per la disponibilità e professionalità dimostrataci. Non per ultimo, un sentito ringraziamento anche al general manager Victor per la Sua gentilezza ed empatia. Grazie a tutti per aver reso questa nostra esperienza davvero indimenticabile ❤️

Tutto perfetto come sempre. accoglienza ottima, cibo da ricordare. Ristorante gusto da provare. Paolo è Antonello, sempre una garanzia in una delle migliori, se non la migliore, spiaggia della Sardegna sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso.
