Hôtel remarquablement situé à 50 mètres de la plage et des courts de tennis et 100 mètres d'un parc agréable, tout près du funiculaire du Monte Igueldo et d'un arrêt de bus qui vous conduit dans le centre-ville, distant de 1 km environ. Belle chambre très propre ; literie confortable, salle de bains au top mais pas de vue sur mer (il y en a mais c'est plus cher) ; garage payant en sous-sol (15 €) par jour. Personnel sympathique mais mieux vaut avoir quelques notions d'espagnol car il ne pratique qu'un français approximatif. Restaurant cafeteria attenant à l'hôtel ; qualité des plats et pinxos dans la bonne moyenne et prix compétitifs. En résumé un bon rapport qualité-prix ; je recommande !

Escribo sobre la cafetería. Cumple con lo esperado de una cafetería, sin nada destacable. Precios razonables, servicio correcto, oferta variada en raciones. Buena situación junto a la playa de Ondarreta, no he probado el menú pero aparenta ser bueno por variedad de platos y precio.

Nous avons été mal accueillis par une personne très désagréable. 195€ pour une chambre double sans petit déjeuner , c’est vraiment exagéré pour un 2 étoiles, Au bar où nous avons pris l’apéritif, serveur odieux, visiblement, nous le dérangions alors qu’il n’y avait personne. Par contre, les chambres étaient propres avec une bonne literie.

El hotel tiene un encanto especial por su ubicación e infraestructura. Primera linea de playa ondarreta, cerca de monte igueldo y peine del viento y media hora andando playa Concha.Habitaciones sin ruido, camas cómodas. Volvería y recomendaría sin duda.

camera pulita ,accogliente personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Sei a 50 metri dalla magnifica spiaggia di ondarreta e dal lungomare. Mezzi pubblici efficientissimi e taxi a prezzi più che ragionevoli. Donostia è veramente una perla da visitare e questo hotel è l'ideale come base. Dispone anche di un eccellente garage se siete in auto o in moto.

Comme tout les ans quand j’arrive de chez moi de MARBELLA Espagne du sud après ces km je dors dans cette ville avec mon épouse je connais très bien cette hôtel par contre si vous désirez prendre votre petit déjeuner a la cafétéria Fuyez !! Un véritable ****** très bruyant personne pour vous service rapide il faut ce déplacer au bar pour le petit déjeuner le Thé vraiment pas Bon

Nunca me he hospedado en este hotel pero he tomado algo muchas veces en el Bar. La calidad no me parece mala pero el tema de los camareros es algo para estudiar. Me refiero sobre todo a los camareros que llevan bastantes años ya que es un tema que debería de sorprender para bien, pero no, para mal. El nivel de antipatía que tienen en general es algo que sorprende. Como responden a los clientes es algo que no lo puedo entender. Empezando en Junio que es cuando normalmente empiezo a visitar este lugar hasta Septiembre tienen un nivel de vinagre que echa para atrás. Sorprende que las camareras no tengan esa antipatía y falta de educación, es genérico en los hombres y además los veteranos ( los que están en BARRA). Recomiendo para tomar algo pero ir preparados que no os darán ni las gracias. Lo bueno que puedo decir de ellos que parecen currelas y no paran…..

Great value for the money. Pros: Location! 10 min walk from Mount Igualde funicular. I did not have an ocean-facing room but could hear the sound of the surf at night. At night, the area is exceptionally quiet. It is not near old town but I found that to be a benefit as this area was less crowded. The cafe in the hotel is simple and lovely and locals come here for food and drinks. It is a very comfortable, friendly place on a lovely beach. The room was very comfortable (small but with comfy mattresses) and the bathroom was bright and modern. It is a two star hotel but I would stay here again. It was very relaxed, clean, and the perfect place to spend a few nights. Cons: Aside from the cafe downstairs, there are not many restaurants nearby. However, if you walk about ten minutes you will get to a street with bakeries, restaurants, and couple of small bars.
