The room is nice, the location is average, suitable for self-driving tours. The service is very bad. I forgot something at the hotel and asked them to help mail it and pay for it myself. The hotel actually said that there is no such service and asked me to go back to the hotel to get it. Speechless

3rd visit to the hotel and found the same high standard as previously experienced. Speedy check in by friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Appreciate the secure underground parking. Always my choice in San Sebastián 😊

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Big room with excellent air con, shower etc. Front desk great and really effective elevators. The reason I cannot give 5 is because of the pool. I searched the destination for hotels with a pool as I needed some R&R and to swim for rehabilitation. So, a bit annoyed to find it only opened at 10-the reason being it seemed unreasonable to get the lifeguard out there earlier!!!!!! This must be a legal safety requirement as the Pool is less than a metre deep and the lifeguard could not see it from their seat! …call very over. Often difficult to get a lounger as there are very few for the number of guests. Principle concern is the polished ceramic pool surround-I found it lethal when wet , both barefoot and with shoes. Call me picky, but I travel a lot and have always been able to use a pool at all reasonable hours and similarly have never ended up on my a&”e so much at a pool!!! …rest of it great!

Beautiful, thoughtfully appointed, well-stocked, great shower, gorgeous views and deliciously quiet. We had one night to enjoy and it was perfection.
