Zeer hartelijk ontvangst door vriendelijk enthousiast personeel, je voelt je erg welkom. Valet parking en goede hulp met bagage en uitgebreide toelichting op de techniek in de kamer. Gratis welkomstdrankje naar keuze in de bar op een moment tijdens je verblijf wanneer het jou uitkomt. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is fantastisch en de kamer en badkamer hebben luxe afwerking. Ik herken de kritische noot op het ontbijt. Bediening is daar niet snel. Wij hadden vooraf à la carte ontbijt gereserveerd omdat het me bij boeken niet duidelijk was dat er een prima uitgebreid standaard ontbijt bij inbegrepen was. A la carte aanvullingen haal je nooit uit die prijs tenzij je graag elke ochtend champagne drinkt. We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Hotel heeft binnen mooi interieur, alles nog vrij nieuw. Je krijgt strandstoeltjes mee en handdoeken voor op het strand.

We loved this stylish little boutique hotel which had stunning views of the ocean. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. All meals were lovely, with a varied menu. With close proximity to the beach ( less than 5mins ), shops and restaurants I was totally at home on my first trip to San Sebastián.
