Very comfortable and clean environment, large room, large bathroom and super clean, 5 minutes walk from Shell Beach, super cost-effective, it is my best experience, I will definitely come to this hotel next time and recommend it to family and friends

We were very disappointed with our stay. Shortly after checking in, we found a cockroach in our room. This was extremely distressing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to a different room. However, when we requested fair compensation for the inconvenience, the hotel only offered a 20% discount. We explained that the experience warranted a larger gesture—at least 50%—given the unacceptable condition of the room and the disruption to our stay, but they refused. The new room was fine, but the incident left a negative impression. We expected better standards and accountability from a property of this level. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Un lugar excelente en ubicación a 5 minutos caminando a la playa, cerca de bares, restaurantes, cafeterías, relación calidad precio, atención amable, instalaciones muy cuidadas y cómodas. Hemos estado con nuestros Bichones Maltese y nos han dejado croquetas y una nota de bienvenida para ellos. Las camas y almohadas me gustaron mucho, es algo en lo que suelo fijarme siempre que viajo, aquí me sorprendió gratamente, en la habitación te dejan cafetera, agua, infusiones, muy conpleto, hemos podido descansar a gusto. Volvería a hospedarme aquí sin lugar a dudas. Me olvidé hacerle fotos a la habitación pero es tal cual lo que ofrecen

Hotel de 10. Excelente en todos los aspectos,limpieza,servicios, ubicación . En la habitación botella de agua, cafetera Nespresso con cápsulas, té,leche en cápsulas, galletas y algún chuche. Ni un pero. Atención personalizada. Recomendable 100%.
