Wonderful weekend for two with two dogs.
The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything you needed (fridge and slippers). Large terrace. This was our second stay, and we'll be back.

Except that the hotel is a bit far from the city, 2 kilometers away (you can get there by bus for 1.85 euros), the rest of the facilities are very satisfactory. Les plus: un petit frigo, un petit coffre fort, une petit balcon avec table et chaises.Le jeune réceptionniste du matin très accueillant, fait sont possible pour satisfaire les clients (merci). Les moins; porte fenêtre qui donne sur le balcon ne bloque pas et laisse passer le bruit de la route proche, fuite eau dans la cuvette des WC et goutte sans discontinuer, le tél qui clique toutes les 15 secondes, mini salle d'eau, pas de restaurant, le petit déjeuner quand même à 10 € est incomplet, pas de pain normal et autres produits. Je ne recommande pas

Das Monte Ulia ist ein wirklich ganz ausgezeichnet geführtes- & besonders angenehmes/freundliches Hotel - in einem Viertel etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns gelegen; mit einem öffentlichen Linienbus - der ca. 150 Meter vom Hotel stets überpünktlich- & für ganz kleines Fahrgeld abfährt - ist man in nur wenigen Minuten im Herzen der wunderbaren Stadt Donostia. Das Hotel ist zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten sogar ganz ausgesprochen günstig (prüfen & früh buchen !) ... und bietet herrvorragenden Service und beste Leistungen. Manche Zimmer verfügen über schöne Balkone; eine Minibar-, einen großer Fernseher-, besonders bequeme Betten ... und auch die Bad-Ausstattung lassen wohl eher an drei- oder gar vier **** Hotels denken. Das im Zimmerpreis eingeschlossene Frühstücksbuffet sollte auch anspruchsvolle Gäste freudig überraschen (s. Fotos) ... und war überaus reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Für einen (auch längeren) Aufenthalt ist dieses sehr gute Hotel absolut- und unbedingt zu empfehlen (...auch unser kleiner Hund war kein Problem) ! - Besonders gerne werden wir wiederkommen - so Gott will !!

He venido al hotel por trabajo y sinceramente, no volveré. Me tocó en habitación 105 (al lado de la recepción, las escaleras y el ascensor) HORRIBLE, no he pegado ojo en toda la noche, se escuchaba absolutamente todo. 0 descanso. Era la 1 de la madrugada y escuchabas absolutamente todo de otros clientes , nada de intimidad ya que escuchabas todo, datos personales, habitacion, peticiones. Por la mañana desde las 7 un carro de metal , no sé si era limpieza o desayuno… un ruido , que ni la alarma de mi vecino de habitación que se escuchaba perfectamente. Hasta la nevera y la calefacción son ruidosos !! Jajajaja En fin , no volveré por supuesto. Eso si, buenísima ubicación. Pero no merece lo que vale . Parece un hostal .

Vreselijk hotel. Badkamer met schimmel. Zeer gehorig, zeker als je een kamer hebt aan de voorkant, dus straatzijde. Ontbijt zeer matig. Dit werd geserveerd in de kelder ! We hadden het idee dat we in een kringloopwinkel ons ontbijt zaten te nuttigen. We zijn dan ook een dag eerder dan gepland weg gegaan. Nooit meer.
