Old, no air conditioning reason I use passdena hotel I
Because ******* advertising said the I rented has air condition, people were rude and not friendly at all. Only cold water to shower. 2 second after my arrival I had no water at all. For 8 hours,

No todas las habitaciones cuentan con AIRE ACONDICIONADO, y no respetan las reservaciones El personal del hotel empieza a hacer ruido desde las 5am, no les importan los huéspedes... ruido sin parar desde las 5am, gritos, mueven cosas, es horrible las habitaciones son pequeñas y algo sucias, mejor hospedarse en el hotel de a lado o en el hotel Lorenzo unas cuadras de ahí... nunca regresaría ahí :(

I liked the near by historic places and shopping.
Didn't like the restrooms are so small in the rooms.

Do not stay there unless you cannot afford anything better. The room I was given was infested with cockroaches and other bugs. Very noisy in the morning. Shower water didn’t drain. But the worst part was the smell of sewage inside the room. Have stayed in hundreds of rooms around the planet but never in a place like this one. But then again, I guess you get what you pay for. Most staff were helpful. Location is good.

Property is an ideal location. Infront of bus stop, universities, shops, restaurants, and walking distance to centro histórico and banks. Property has restaurant and parking. 3 min taxi to Metro centro shopping mall.
Affordable. Ask for Don Gaby who is very friendly and helpful manager.
