Siamo stati accolti da personale molto gentile e cordiale, camera ben pulita e spaziosa con acqua a disposizione e prodotti da bagno. La piscina, zona relax , offre un servizio bar Colazione continentale abbondante con dolci, yogurt frutta secca e gran scelta di salato (forma di parmigiano a disposizione) La cucina del ristorante presenta piatti tipici toscani ben cucinati ! Veramente un ottima esperienza Se devo trovare un difetto migliorerei le stanze... un po spoglie

Abbiamo scelto San RUFFINO Resort per il battesimo della nostra bimba ! Luca ci ha accolto e resi edotti di ogni servizio e possibilità che la location ed il ristorante potesse offrire. È stato un giorno indimenticabile in una location bella e curata🤩 Camillo il cuoco è super una persona molto disponibile che ha saputo consigliarci ottimamente per il menu e il suo risotto alla pernice è stato strepitoso !!! Elisabetta gentilissima ha colto le nostre esigenze al meglio ed ha reso tutto perfetto. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff che ci ha seguito !!! Arrivederci a presto !!! Barbara e Riccardo

Location incantevole. Struttura ben tenuta che ricorda una villa d’epoca rendendo tutto molto suggestivo Camera ampia, pulita. Gradita la bottiglia d’acqua giornaliera. La cosa che più abbiamo apprezzato è stata la gentilezza ed efficienza del personale, che ci è stato di aiuto anche arrivando in struttura di notte e fornendo utili indicazioni. Possibilità di noleggiare e-bike direttamente in struttura. Colazione ben fornita e con vista sulle colline. Bella la zona piscina. Consigliato.

Laura, the reservations manager, was very friendly and hospitable. We were greeted with a welcome drink. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view. The property is spectacular. We loved having dinner at the restaurant—the food and service was incredible. We loved everything about our stay.

This property was excellent. I will forever have fond memories of staying here. Quiet town an hour from Florence great to get away from it all but still close to the touristy areas. Walking around the Castle and the grounds was a joy and the giant rooms were very very comfortable. The manager was a pleasure to deal with and had great restaurant recommendations. There was 6 of us and we each got our own rooms and were able to hangout together in the spacious rooms or the billiards room
