Had an amazing little getaway with my bestie! We were there for a long weekend to celebrate my bestie’s birthday and Adriana from Guest Relations went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect! I was so happy to finally meet her after she had helped me coordinate a surprise for my mother just one month before! And to Elias thank you for being amazing as well!!

The resort is absolutely amazing! The food, the facilities..every single thing about the resort is incredible! The breakfast restaurant staff (Cathy and Mercedes) were so attentive and so friendly and helpful! We looked forward to breakfast everyday because of them! The spa staff are also super friendly and made me feel so welcome! The bar staff at the pool were not very attentive or friendly but though. But besides that..best holiday ever!

The customer service was unfaultabke throughout our stay at So, especially the waitresses Caty G and Mercedes, every morning at breakfast they were delightful, happy and energetic, their service was above and beyond and really makes a difference to your day. Thank you both.

LO BUENO - Todo el profesional es amable, atento, educado, agradable y profesional. - Decoración agradable y cálida tanto en las habitaciones como en todas las zonas comunes. - Buenas vistas al mar (según donde estés del hotel) a pesar de la lejanía del mismo. - Desayuno correcto, no tan espectacular como en otros hoteles del mismo nivel, pero si bastante correcto y con vistas. - SPA. - Posibilidad de Parking (de pago cubierto y gratuito). - Piscina solo para adultos (vital!) - Habitación (superior) preciosa, grande y con encanto. - Baño de la habitación (superior) precioso, grande y con encanto. - Disponibilidad de varios bares y restaurantes. LO MALO: - Como suele ser habitual en este tipo de sitio, el precio es caro. - Al estar focalizado en el Golf, no dispone de acceso a playa cercana. - Pagando 500€ por noche, el parking cubierto no debería tener coste.

I organized my company conference/training for 3 days at the resort and everything went so well and smoothly. THe staff were very supportive in helping me get everything organized for the event and everything went well. We had just over 90 guests and everyone told me how much they loved the rooms, the spaces, the meals and just the overall stay. They and I were very satistied with the friendly staff, the beautiful pools, spa, restaurants and meeting room. The hotel had a lot of event option too, that we unfortuately did not have time to do during the work trip. thank you So Sotogrande!
