I cannot judge the hotel as such because I have not stayed there, but it is absolutely stupid, anachronistic and completely out of touch with business that a Spaniard calls a hotel in Spain and is attended to in English and, on top of that, when you ask to be attended to in Spanish they ask you to please speak to them in English. Well, I speak English and I was able to speak to the person who attended to me but it is something that is not normal... don't they understand it??. Maybe the majority of their clients are not Spanish but it is an incredible lack of professionalism that in any country in the world someone cannot attend to you on the phone or in person in the language of that country.
