Points forts: emplacement, propreté et accès à l’hôtel Miramare ( juste à côté) pour les petits déjeuners. Points faibles: Vieillissant et surtout une mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, j’ai entendu le voisin ronfler toute la nuit ainsi qu’aller aux toilettes au point de l’entendre uriner c’est vous dire!! Pour 400€ la chambre je m’attendais à mieux (nuit du 31/12/24) Déçu de l’ensemble par rapport au prix injustifié!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte… da incubo! Camere fredde senza riscaldamento, solo pompa di calore non funzionante e in tilt. Alle ore 22:00 provo a contattare i numeri della reception per chiedere supporto perché la pompa di calore non si spegneva più, raffreddando ulteriormente la stanza. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta, scesa in reception sentivo suonare i telefoni A VUOTO. Sorvoliamo poi sulle condizioni della stanza: asciugamani sporchi, cumuli di capelli nella doccia e doccino che appena aperta l’acqua si è staccato inondando il bagno. Aggiungo di aver inoltre pagato una colazione che non ho potuto fare perché prima delle 8 non è possibile accedere. Mai più!

Nuit horrible
Voilà un très bel hôtel bien placé avec une belle vue mer.
C’est la nuit que les choses changent.
La chambre est horriblement froide. La climatisation / chauffage ne fonctionne qu’avec l’aide de la réception et malgré nos 3 appels dans la nuit, aucune solution n’est proposée. Pas de couverture supplémentaire, pas de changement de chambre,….
Frigorifiés, nous avons dormi avec nos manteaux en guise de couverture ! (Photo)
Le lendemain matin, forcément malade, mal à la tête….
Après avoir échangé avec la réception au matin, le directeur ne veut rien faire.
(à part offrir un parking et offrir une omelette (qui est en supplément au petit déjeuner, sans être prévenu)
Bref… surtout que ça ne lui coûte rien !)
Dans un établissement de ce standing, c’est déplorable de ne pas savoir gérer les dysfonctionnements avec élégance et efficacité.
Expérience à ne pas renouveler
Non recommandable
Si c'est pareil en été, ça doit être sans clim efficace !

La dolce vita pendant deux jours
Rien que le fait d'être en Italie et on est bien.
Hôtel très agréable tout comme le personnel qui, suite à un accrochage découvert sur notre véhicule garé sur un parking de la ville, nous a donné des conseils pour porter plainte.
Surprise sur le fait que toutes les plages sont gérés par des plagiste et qu'il faut payer pour transat, parasol...et la seule "publique" est rachitique et peu avenante.
Hôtel à deux pas de la plage, au calme, très agréable.

Hotel de standing, très propre, grand avec vue sur la mer. Pas de bruit, literie confortable. Une salle de bain équipée d'une douche avec plusieurs jets possibles, les produits d'hygiènes en quantité et de qualités. Vous avez une penderie pour mettre les affaires, la chambre est grande

Publicité mensongère.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, mais par contre les photos qui sont montrées sur le site ne correspondent pas à l’hôtel … publicité mensongère. Il n’y pas de piscine, et l’hôtel montré c’est le palace à côté. La piscine vous sera facturée 45€ par personne pour un transat et un parasol … vous payez le même prix à St tropez face à la mer …
Le service est sans plus j’ai demandé un dentifrice que je n’ai jamais eu la chance de voir,
C’est assez propre malgré une douche qui fuit.
Pas de mini bar ou mini frigo …

Wonderful vacation spot
The staff spoke Italian, French, and English. They were very helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast each morning provided a lot of food/drink options.
The location of the hotel was convenient to the sea and ******, many shops and restaurants. (Long walk or cab ride to the train station, pretty walk from bus station.)
The only thing that could've made the trip better was a more exact description of the location and its relation to Miramare. It was difficult to find when I first arrived. But once I found it, it was very worth it.
