The room was not properly cleaned there were used bottles inside the dresser and the toilets had lots of molds.
There were a lot of stray cats and dogs who would approach customers while eating.
Wifi too weak, we just used our data.
The food at the cafe is good.

Food an people were great but the rooms weren’t clean. A/c wasn’t good either but if you can handle the heat an not the best kept rooms than the pool was awesome. Only thing I didn’t like was after our 6th night there we we’re leaving an the guy at the front gate didn’t let us leave for 10 minutes it was awful an we checked out an everything else. Overall it was a great experience just a few disappointing things. We checked many places an fir this part of the province it’s as good as it gets folks

朝食込みの宿泊にも関わらず、朝食料金を請求された
朝食込みの料金であったものの、朝食指定のメニューの説明がなかったので、指定以外のメニューを頼んでしまった。結局指定以外のメニューの料金を料金を指定メニューの料金の差額ではなく、全額取られた。これは全く納得出来ない。

I trully enjoy my stay at San Remgio Beach Club together with my friends, It was a spectacular adventure, we did their team building activities, tower activities and the dinner at the beach is a must if you stay there, super love the fire dance and all the band performers were superb.

This was the only bad place I stayed in out of the 8 hotels I stayed in during my PH trip. I actually stayed there months ago, long story but rude and unhelpful staff and none of the facilities were allowed to be used because they “had a Jollibees function the next day so they wanted to keep the facility areas tidy for them” yes I was also a paying guest when told this. No wifi, crazy loud AC.

They have the dirtiest beach. Staff blame it on amihan or something but seaweed lining the beach mixed with water bottles, glass bottles, and paper tissues cannot certainly be blamed on nature. Resort appears to be concentrating more on their zip line than the main attraction being the beach. Pool also the dirtiest. Water is slimy. Yuck! We checked out early because we didn't have anything else to do. Avoid this resort if you value cleanliness and your health.
