This place was practically a home away from home! Not your typical small hotel room. the room, living room and bathroom with laundry room (washer and dryer). The laundry room is important since you are in the Rain forest with lots of rain. The room was super clean and comfortable. full kitchen with everything you need . And Daniel and Ashley were so helpful. they help reserving tours and pickups and returns to their amazing sister location inside the Rainforest with hot springs and great restaurants. This place is highly recommended.

El lugar es excelente y las instalaciones muy comodas. Es necesario tener disponible tomacorriente en el baño pues no habia. Tambien instalar otro espejo en la habitación.

We liked their breakfasts. The room was humongous and a lot of empty space, having a couch or sofa around would have been more convenient for the guests to sit and enjoy the space.

Excellent service 10/10 . I dont have enough stars to give to this hotel . Room and bathroom are big and comfortable . If I ever come back to Costa Rica I will stay here.

Pasamos el día de la madre con mi mamá y tías , la experiencia fue increíble, el trato de la chica de recepción fue excepcional muy amable y cordial . Las habitaciones limpias y la experiencia en Chachagua fue el complemento perfecto 👌🏾 valió la pena la viajada desde Heredia :) esperamos volver !

Excellent service from the employees, I think it needs a little maintenance, especially in the showers. There is no elevator, which should be taken into account if you have mobility problems. Open garage. The kindness and willingness of the employees surprised me.
