The staff was kind and it was clear that there was effort put into doing a good job, but I would not stay here again. The carpet was extremely dirty, and there were stains on some of the furniture. The surfaces felt worn, and bare, and there was a general outdated and dingy feeling to the room. Absolutely overpriced except for the value of the balcony and view which we experienced briefly in our "luxury corner suite"

The property was very pretty and nice. The breakfast options were the same everyday. I wish they had chicken or vegetarian options. I requested a taxi take to us into the city and David at the front desk said it was $60. When the ride was over the taxi driver stated it was $160. There should be a paper or list of prices if the personnel doesn’t understand English or the question asked. The housekeeper Marie made sure we had fresh towels and rags everyday. A nice hotel with a nice view.

Very Comfortable room fluffy pillows 2 bottles of free water bottles Good breakfast buffet Very close to a big mall. Walk or take a taxi. Hotel has 2 restaurants: 1 rooftof fancy restaurant on last fllor and a more family restaurant on floor 1
