The breakfast is not good, there is no meat, the rest is American style, which is OK; the sink is broken and can't store water; and the toilet door can't be closed, it's too old

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable and modern. Great bed, fridge, microwave, coffee making in room. Room was a good size. Wr stayed facing the front. It is on a road but not a busy road. I would chose the front rather than the back. We had a view of the parking lot nut nice trees also. There were two vending machines. I believe you could do laundry. The breakfast was great. Fruit, cereal, they made fresh waffles when you asked, hardboiled eggs etc. Very pleasant and much better price than most Marin hotels. .

The Villa Inn provides excellent value in an otherwise high-priced location. The queen-size room I stayed in was comfortable, with a small table and two chairs; a desk and third chair; a dresser; a microwave and fridge; a separate vanity area with mirror; and a small but serviceable bathroom with a compact shower (no tub). It was clean, and housekeeping provided fresh towels without being asked. Just a 15-minute walk to town, with lots of restaurant and shopping options, makes the Villa Inn very convenient. I overlooked the dated exterior and appreciated a small but comfortable room at a very good price. If you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere; but for budget-minded travelers, this is a very good choice.

Will travel for a race!
This is an older hotel - kinda feels like visiting my grandma. That said, the rooms are spacious, the folks are super friendly. If you need 5-star, go elsewhere. If you want friendly and affordable with good amenities, stay here. I stay here every time I travel to a Bay Area race.

I’ve stayed at Villa Inn, three times, in the past. This time, my experience was much worse. My neighbors directly above me were partying until 1am for 3 nights in a row. Also, during most nights, I had a terrible WiFi reception in my room. Otherwise, room was clean, maid service was pretty responsive, and front desk staff were very nice. Continental breakfast was okay.
