Definitivamente es toda una experiencia este hotel Cada uno de sus integrantes te hacen tener una estadía placentera Están para ayudarte en cada momento, pendientes de todo Las suites donde nos quedamos ( la imperial y la del bosque) son simplemente espectaculares La comida deliciosa , hay muy buena variedad de platos y todos muy bien preparados Lo super recomiendo para una desconexión total en medio de la naturaleza Todo su staff único: David, Alcides,Jony, Samuel, Steven ,Álvaro, Sergio, Adrián hicieron de nuestra estadio algo inolvidable

Super expensive for the quality of maintenance. The lamps are full of mold and the Isla suite has a very heavy smell of mold. The shower was bad we have to call to replace it bc the only way you shower was holding the shower. The stuff is very friendly and sweet, the food is very good.

Qué lugar tan espectacular! Y la atención 5 estrellas! Demasiado recomendado! Las caminatas, los senderos ecologicos, la conexión con la naturaleza, hace de este lugar algo increíble! Y para mejorar más la experiencia que sea PET friendly y poder llevar mis perros fue algo excepcional!!!

Me gustó mucho el lugar, mucha naturaleza, a mi esposa a mis hijos y a mí nos gusto muchísimo las cascadas y los paisajes que allí pudimos encontrar, muy recomendado la caminata por la montaña, muy buena atencion, piscina climatizada, se pueden llevar perros, muchos lugares para relajarse , llevar zapatos para el agua pues los ríos tienen piedras y zapatos cómodos para camitas de 1 hora.

El hotel es precioso!! muy buena ubicación, excelente atención del personal, las habitaciones hermosas y cómodas, la comida deliciosa, un ambiente lleno de naturaleza y espacios para relajarse, además de las increíbles cascadas, piscinas naturales, miradores, avistamiento de aves y otros lindos animales que hacen de la estadía una experiencia única.

Que lugar más perfecto e increíble, al ser una reserva natural cuenta con hermosos paisajes, aves, hasta monos titi que visitan el hotel y puedes verlos a lo lejos, las cascadas son imponentes y preciosas, el agua del río es cristalina con tonos verdes lo que la hace muy hermosa, el servicio y la atención del personal te hace vivir una experiencia maravillosa personas muy cálidas y dispuestas a brindarte lo mejor, la comida es un placer todo lo que preparan es delicioso, sus zonas comunes como la piscina climatizada, jacuzzis y hamacas hacen que necesites de más días o quieras volver para vivir una experiencia de ensueño. Es una de las experiencias más increíble que he tenido. Ideal para pasar un tiempo con mi pareja y la naturaleza. La atención del personal es demasiado bueno, son tan amables que me daba hasta pena de lo especiales que son con cada detalle. La comida es estilo buffet y la sirven 3 veces al día. Mi pareja y yo nos hospedamos en la suit bosque y era hermosa, muy calmada y perfecta para descansar. También realizan caminatas ecológicas donde terminan en unos charcos increíbles, alejadas de todo el ruido de la ciudad. Definitivamente volveremos allí ya que se convirtió en unos de nuestros lugares favoritos
