Excelente ubicación, cómodo, acogedor, el personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y orientar. Si bien el estacionamiento no está en el mismo hotel, es cercano, de muy fácil acceso, amplio y seguro. Absolutamente recomendable, tanto para personas que viajen solas o en familia.

Nunca fui al hotel Kalton, me alojé en el "San Martín Hotel y Spa". Mi calificación corresponde al San Martín Hotel y Spa. Si volviera a San Rafael lo elegiría nuevamente por sus instalaciones , atención, servicios generales.

Hermoso hotel ,con una gran ubicacion en el centro de San Rafael,habitaciones e instalaciones superlimpias ,muy buen desayuno y una gran calidad humana de todo su personal ,excelente relacion precio -calidad ,pasamos una semana genial ,vamos a volver....

Nos alojamos en una habitación con tres camas individuales, la cual era muy pequeña (y eso que éramos dos personas), oscura y antigua. Sumado a esto, hay UN solo enchufe en toda la habitación. La ducha es muy pequeña, y la bacha de nuestro baño perdía aún estando totalmente cerrada la canilla. Deberían modernizar un poco las habitaciones ya que son demasiado antiguas y básicas. No hay frigobar, lo cual considero básico para un hotel "supuestamente" tres estrellas. El desayuno está bueno aunque con poca variedad, las medialunas son muy buenas. Hay que tener en cuenta que el estacionamiento que ofrecen queda a 3 cuadras del hotel, lo cual es bastante incómodo. Si bien cumple, es bastante caro para lo que ofrece.

Se trata de un hotel relativamente antiguo, pero en buen estado general. El mobiliario de las habitaciones es muy básico, pero cumple su función perfectamente. Cuenta con wifi en las habitaciones y zonas comunes. El personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre se encuentra predispuesto a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que se le plantee. El desayuno es muy bueno, variado y se sirve en un amplio salón en planta baja. No cuenta con piscina. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro, a pasos de todos los comercios, restaurantes, bares y todo lo necesario. Es ideal para una estadía corta, ya que el confort de las habitaciones es muy limitado. Tiene una buena relación precio calidad.

Nos alojamos entre el 7 y el 10 de diciembre. Ubicado en el centro de San Rafael, tiene a mano restaurantes, bares y casas regionales. La atención del personal es muy amable y cordial. Las habitaciones y baño muy limpios, aire acondicionado y sobre todo una excelente conexión de wifi. Muy buen desayuno. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
