Hotel is located at beautiful landscape. Room is clean and nice view from the window. Dinner at the restaurant is a bit disappointed. Not as good as outside restaurant.

Un bonito y excelente hotel en la TOSCANA volvería a quedarme por más tiempo… Un personal muy amable, desayuno muy rico.
Tiene piscina y una vista de los compos de la rosca is muy hermoso.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a fine agosto, una bella struttura con ottima posizione. Ho messo 4 stelle in realtà ne meriterebbe 3!!! Purtroppo una Ferrari in mano a persone che la trattano come una Panda. Una ala di camere sono datate e costano come quelle nuove. Sul sito c'erano foto solo delle camere ristrutturate e questo già non è corretto per chi ha interesse a prenotare in questa struttura. Poca pulizia del giardino, e soprattutto della piscina dove specialmente in quelle per bambini si posano i piccioni, e ci si ritrova con i loro escrementi sul fondale. Le 4 stelle vanno al personale e allo chef! Stefano e Cecilia molto professionali, il ragazzo che serve al ristorante insieme alla signora con gli occhiali sempre gentili, a disposizione, e professionali anche loro. Spero tanto che ci saranno migliorie perché il posto è davvero bello, e si possono ammirare dei bellissimi tramonti. Il cibo è buono, la colazione ha una vasta scelta di dolci. Per i bambini è consigliatissimo per la grande area verde dove possono giocare in tranquillità. Lo consiglio nonostante sia sottovalutato dalla proprietà.

Vado al Palazzuolo da più di 20 anni. È un luogo suggestivo e meravigliosi con una delle più belle piscine che abbia mai visto. Grande, sono 3 piscine con diverse altezze. Immerso nella val d orcia e da poco ristrutturato con arredamento elegante. In più il Palazzuolo è "Stefano (il durettore) ed il suo staff" persona unica, fantastica. Se cercate un luogo dove soggiornare tra Siena e dintorni andateci. Non c'è ne pentirete.

Albergo molto bello. Camere arredate con gusto, dotate di tutti i confort e molto pulite. La colazione gradevole e variegata, un piccolo appunto all'assenza di cappuccino dal bar ma solo con macchinetta distributrice. Un ringraziamento speciale al bagnino della piscina dell'albergo, Giambattista. Ha rallegrato le nostre giornate, mantenendo professionalità e attenzione al proprio lavoro, soprattutto in occasione di un improvviso temporale.

Beautiful location and friendly check in staff. For the price, clean and comfortable. Room was a bit small but again for the price and location understandable. Free breakfast was good but lack options / staffing. Overall - solid place for the rating and money.

Una piacevole sorpresa. Un 3 stelle che ne vale 4. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in una camera vista piscina molto bella, curata e pulitissima. Colazione di buon livello e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo noleggiato la Vespa per un tour bellissimo di una giornata, Ritorneremo sicuramente.
