Esperienza veramente da ripetere in tutto, struttura grande, ben tenuta, junior suite molto carina con letto a soppalco, materasso e cuscini comodissimi, bella la visuale che scopre la stupenda vallata. Acqua delle piscine con idromassaggio ben calda e piacevolissime, ma il percorso alle grotte sino alla mezzanotte e’ stato veramente sublime. Ristorante carinissimo con luci adeguate e piatti squisiti, ottima la qualità dei vini, personale di sala sorridente, preparato, cordiale, come del resto anche in reception ed in particolare la signora Sabrina, molto simpatica e scherzosa che, oltre ad offrirci un calice di prosecco, ci ha spiegato tutto il percorso relativo alle grotte. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, super consigliato a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere un weekend da favola.

L’albergo gode di un suo fascino un po’ antico, ma questo è quello che a me piace degli alberghi termali! Le camere sono ampie e pulite e hanno l’uscita diretta sul giardino. Il percorso termale è veramente molto bello. L’unica cosa da evitare assolutamente è il ristorante: cibo di pessima qualità, immangiabile, dal gusto omologato dei cibi già pronti come il sugo di anatra, e con prezzi sproporzionati a quello che viene servito, o meglio scaldato nel microonde.

Siamo stati durante le vacanze di Natale e quindi non abbiamo potuto godere dei bellissimi spazi esterni. La struttura è molto più grande di ciò che mi aspettavo ed era molto affollata. In particolare si percepiva al momento della colazione. Arredamento desueto sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Non ho apprezza il fatto che nella piscina della spa ci fosse una coppia con un bambino di pochi mesi.

Great holiday break.
Fantastic stay, staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel fantastic layout and pool areas. Rooms very good, air con excellent nd very good bathrooms with rain shower. Will definetley be returning. 5 star.

beuatiful area with great views; and nice spa area with mineral pools, and outdoor pool. close to everything to see around in Tuscany region. Great restaurant on the site which is open late. Staff is very friendly, and professional. The spa area is open until MN. The rooms are comfortable, and have balconies.

This hotel is crazy. So many levels . Def not good if you have any mobility issues. The hotel is dark and depressing. The pool is gorgeous with an incredible view but no one goes in it because you have to wear a bathing cap . NOBODY wants to wear a bathing cap. There are old couches everywhere. Like everywhere. It’s The room keys weigh 500 lbs and has the name of the hotel and room on it (not safe ). The walls are paper thin . We had to use our iPhone flashlight to see the door lock . The lighting in the room is poor . The rooms are clean . Mattresses ok and towels are good. Cold Scrambled eggs and raw hot dogs. The breakfast is awful . The restaurant is huge and the staff don’t really care if you’re there . My pasta was good tho. Honestly I’m mostly good with anything but for such a gorgeous area this was truly disappointing . Will never come back . I gave it 2 because the cleaning staff is very efficient.
