I booked a classic room, not in the main building.
But the website does not explain this situation. The other rooms in the main building are more beautiful and feel more upscale, like a hotel.
The classic room type is like a B&B, not like a hotel. It is a few steps away from the main building. The classic room type has two rooms and a common living room. You have to share the living room with the guests in another room, although the living room is basically not It's...but it doesn't feel like a five-star or four-star hotel at all. Although the hotel staff are polite and the service is very good, I just feel unsatisfied with this room here and it doesn't meet my expectations because it's just like staying in a B&B.

In the photo, you have to go up a few steps to enter the room behind the door. Outside the door is the common living room.

Vi kommer igen - sublim oplevelse
Det var helt igennem en fantastisk oplevelse lige fra booking til udcheckning. Der var bare en aura over stedet som gjorde at man følte sig velkommen og hjemme. Værelserne i top, dejlig mad og en fantastisk hyggelig have. Personalt var hjertelige og meget hjælpsomme. Vi kan ikke anbefale denne perle nok.

The hotel was just perfect for the experience we desired, and the staff was very accommodating. We also loved the restaurant and the location. The architecture of both the hotel and the town was something we appreciated. We did have an issue with the spa, which is amazingly beautiful, which they were able to resolve.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. We also loved the restaurant and the location. We were, however, very disappointed is our spa experience. Here is what happened: We were supposed to have a 2 hour romantic experience with 50 minute couples massage and an hour with prosecco in the hot tub. What we got was 2 30 minute massages separately, because only one masseuse was available and then an hour together in the hot tub. We received no reimbursement for the reduced massage, because we were offered two separate 50 minutes massages with SEPARATE time with prosecco and the hot tub. And, that is the spa's definition of a romantic experience?

A nice hotel, staff were welcoming. Room was lovely but hot and marble stairs down into the bathroom and out of shower were a concern. Food at the trattoria was lovely.

Abbiamo prenotato direttamente con loro senza passare per Booking con un misero sconto di 15€, questo ci è costato l’impossibilità di cambio data richiesta il lunedì, con arrivo la domenica. Servizio pessimo, personale non gentile, 230€ buttati, un vero dispiacere.

Todo de 10!! Hotel precioso, romantico, con servicio de atencion excelente! La habitacion enorme, decorada delicadamente, el baño moderno y comodisimo. Todo de alta calidad y buen gusto! El jardin!!! Precioso, lleno de plantas , distintos lugares para sentarse, ambientado , con una pileta para el verano. El staff super serviciales y siempre con una sonrisa. Y el desayuno!! Todo era una delicia. Reservamos masajes, en el spa del hotel y estuvo excelente. En dos palabras: Hotel Espectacular!

Ho soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura con la famiglia! Posto incantevole! Ottima la posizione, camere grandi e ben arredate , colazione buona , staff molto gentile e sempre a disposizione! Non va sottovalutata la posizione che è proprio nel centro di San Quirico! Ci torneremo volentieri
