The hotel is a modern high end property with excellent staff. There are no negatives to the facility. Rooms are large with a nice patio, well decorated, thermal spring swimming pool, out door restaurant by pool for lunch, formal restaurant for evening meal, bicycles for rent, hiking trails, etc. it is an excellent choice for rejuvenating your body as well as a family destination. One can enjoy the activities of the region at a slower pace but not be bored. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Adler Spa Resort was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience for both parents and kids. One of the true highlights was the Kids Club, which runs from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.—and yes, it’s included! Our children had an absolute blast the entire time, giving my partner and me the rare chance to truly relax and enjoy time together. It felt like a true vacation for everyone. We absolutely loved everything about the resort—from the incredible breakfast spread, to the afternoon cake and fresh fruit, to the beautiful dinners each evening. The spa and thermal waters were serene and rejuvenating, and we even took advantage of a complimentary hotel day trip, which was another special touch. Every detail made us feel cared for. The Adler team knows how to make guests feel special, and it shows in everything they do. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Top. Ristorante e pasticceria imbattibili. Cordialità del personale impeccabile come richiede una struttura di questo tipo. Struttura che non stanca mai, anzi.. immersi nella natura della val d orcia, il relax è assicurato e si rimane stregati dall incanto che circonda la struttura.

The rooms are great, stylish, and comfortable. We are happy that the reception changed our initial room (20X) facing the pools, to another room (40X) facing the countryside. This is consistent with what the confirmation we had promised. Service is very good, same as the facilities: pools, gardens, communal areas, food, electric car charging, garage, … all to the highest standard. The only thing which could be improved is the dining experience. Our impression was that the time window when you could dine was far too narrow. As a result, the dining area was always densely packed. We think the property would benefit from a larger dining area or broader dining times. The fact that guests were asked to keep the same table for the whole length of their stay was inappropriate, in our opinion, and more in keeping with lower quality accommodations. Having said that, the personnel was helpful and accommodated our desire to change tables every night.

Trovo il posto molto bello e il personale molto gentile. Non c’è proprio niente da dire. Ho dimenticato a casa la mia crema solare protezione 50 della Nivea. Non ho mai avuto problemi con questa crema e mai preso una scottatura. Ho comperato quì al Adler per 47 € (non poco) una crema solare della casa protezione 50. Ho messo tanta crema sulla pelle e dopo ogni bagno rimesso la crema più volte al giorno(come mi hanno detto) e poi sono stata quasi sempre al ombra solo quando ho fatto il bagno ero un’attimo al sole. Alla sera ho preso una mega scottatura sulla pelle. Non ho quasi mai preso una scottatura così forte nella mia vita come adesso con questa crema solare. Secondo me non c’è nessuna protezione con questa crema Adler. La scottatura e così forte che il giorno dopo non ho più osato a fare il bagno. Sono andata a reclamare alla resepcion della Spa, ma loro dicono che è una buona crema…. Scrivo questa recensione per chi vuole comperare questa crema, fate attenzione la protezione non è buona! Siamo stati qualche giorno in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le camere sono ampie, silenziose e arredate con gusto. Le piscine esterne sono stupende, immerse nel verde e ideali per rigenerarsi. La spa è davvero rilassante: nonostante l’hotel fosse pieno, l’area benessere era tranquilla e ben gestita, e abbiamo potuto goderla al meglio. Ottimo anche il ristorante: piatti curati nei minimi dettagli, ingredienti di alta qualità, colazione top! Un posto incantevole, perfetto per chi cerca pace, natura e relax. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Nous sommes passés à Tenuta Sanoner le 14 mai 2025 pour faire une dégustation de vins. A notre arrivé, nous avons demandé à gouter des méthodes classiques extra bruts et des vins blanc non boisés. Avant de nous faire découvrir les vins, la responsable de notre table nous a proposer des antipasti. Mais comme nous venions de manger nous avons refusé et là tout de suite, nous avons ressenti de la part de cette personne un certain mécontentement. Bref, pour le vin, nous n’avons pas été écouté, car le premier méthode classique était très sucré. Les deux autres méthodes classiques, servi tous en même temps….ce qui est quand même étonnant et pas professionnel, ont suivi mais nous non pas convaincu non plus. Après les méthodes classiques, on nous a servi le Blanco Toscano que j’ai assez apprécie. Comme nous étions globalement très déçu de cette dégustation, nous voulions en arrêté là. A ce moment, la responsable de notre table est venue nous servir deux vins rouge, un Aetos Greco et un Sangiovese. Ces deux vins que nous n’avions pas demandés n’étaient malheureusement pas à notre goût. Après cela, nous avons demandé à payer la dégustation. A la caisse, après un calcul interminable, on nous a demandé de payer Euro 65 ! (Je précise que mon épouse s’est arrêté après les trois méthodes classiques). Pour résumez, passez votre chemin!
