Nous sommes passés à Tenuta Sanoner le 14 mai 2025 pour faire une dégustation de vins. A notre arrivé, nous avons demandé à gouter des méthodes classiques extra bruts et des vins blanc non boisés. Avant de nous faire découvrir les vins, la responsable de notre table nous a proposer des antipasti. Mais comme nous venions de manger nous avons refusé et là tout de suite, nous avons ressenti de la part de cette personne un certain mécontentement. Bref, pour le vin, nous n’avons pas été écouté, car le premier méthode classique était très sucré. Les deux autres méthodes classiques, servi tous en même temps….ce qui est quand même étonnant et pas professionnel, ont suivi mais nous non pas convaincu non plus. Après les méthodes classiques, on nous a servi le Blanco Toscano que j’ai assez apprécie. Comme nous étions globalement très déçu de cette dégustation, nous voulions en arrêté là. A ce moment, la responsable de notre table est venue nous servir deux vins rouge, un Aetos Greco et un Sangiovese. Ces deux vins que nous n’avions pas demandés n’étaient malheureusement pas à notre goût. Après cela, nous avons demandé à payer la dégustation. A la caisse, après un calcul interminable, on nous a demandé de payer Euro 65 ! (Je précise que mon épouse s’est arrêté après les trois méthodes classiques). Pour résumez, passez votre chemin!

Il mio viaggio doveva avvenire dal 18/05 al 22 /05 ho fatto una prenotazione purtroppo non mi sono presentato per motivo di lutto ho pagqto 2950 euro , premetto che di essere in torto , però avevo chiesto se era possibile cambiare data ,mi hanno detto di no l’unica cosa che potevano darmi un massaggio gratis ,sono già stato due volte in questo meraglioso posto , mi aspettavo un po’ cuore

4 days of complete relaxation with great food. The thermal waters are so good & with osteoarthritis provide a good deal of pain relief. The buffets are of the finest. The treatments provided are first class with excellent therapists. Just Magical!

Nel panorama suggestivo della Val d'Orcia, dove la natura è stata modellata dalla mano di generazioni sapienti di contadini ed artisti, si adagia questo resort che ha fatto della cura del corpo e dello spirito il suo punto di forza. Ciascuno può trovare ciò che più gli aggrada: la ricerca (anche maniacale) della forma fisica o il riposo dalle fatiche quotidiane. La struttura dispone di camere spaziose con bagni e dotazioni funzionali ed eleganti (è da segnalare l'innovativo sistema di riscaldamento e raffreddamento). La gastronomia è di livello alto sia per l'uso delle materie prime che per la ricchissima varietà delle preparazioni. Sono da apprezzare gli altri servizi disponibili, il garage coperto, il bar elegante e fornito, la mazzetta di quotidiani e, soprattutto, il piacevole intrattenimento musicale con un ottimo pianista. Il personale è cortese e preparato. Unica defaillance: le persone non dovrebbero frequentare tutti i locali dell'albergo in accappatoio ma limitarsi solo alle saune e alle piscine.

Un albergo ormai non più recente, ma sempre piacevole, bello e curato. Inserito in un contesto verde che trasmette pace e benessere. Ottime le stanze a piano giardino. Una spa ampia con molti servizi e una beauty con personale preparato. Cucina in linea con la categoria alberghiera, un'ottima proposta per il pranzo con prezzo fisso. Personale disponibile e professionale, sotto l'occhio di una famiglia che dell'ospitalità ne ha fatto la propria storia.

The entire experience was absolutely perfect—truly hard to put into words. We stay at many high-end hotels that cost significantly more, and this one outshines them all. From the service to the atmosphere, everything was exceptional. We can’t wait to return! The tours that are free are amazing! Staying in the pools are priceless! The buffer at breakfast and dinner are delicious.

Struttura impeccabile sia nei servizi che nell' accoglienza, estremamente pulita e organizzata. Stupenda la spa, ottimo il ristorante e il bar. Questa struttura rappresenta a mio avviso un eccellenza dell'accoglienza turistica. Ritornerò sicuramente.
