Die Anlage liegt sehr schön und ist gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden angemessen gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist räumlich unschön, jedoch am Buffet hat es für jeden was. Doch leider fehlt die Freundlichkeit und man fühlt sich nicht willkommen und nicht gut aufgehoben

The hotel is simply fantastic!!! I stayed with my family for seven nights, where I set up a base to tour the cities of Tuscany and also be able to relax. The hotel is located in San Quirico D’Orcia, a medieval town in Val D’Orcia, one of the most beautiful regions of Tuscany. The nearest cities are Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza and Siena, as well as several other villages. Next to the hotel there is an incredible restaurant, with fair prices, as well as a beautiful view where you can see the Madonna di Vitaleta chapel, one of Tuscany's postcards. About 300 meters away on the highway where the hotel is located, be sure to stop to take photographs at the Villa where the film Gladiator was filmed and on the same highway, take incredible photos of the Madonna di Vitaleta chapel and the fields of wheat and sunflowers. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is a good size and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is simple but good. The pool is beautiful and has a great view of the valleys, an invitation to relax. I would definitely go back to Casanova!!!

I liked the rooms themselves, the bathrooms were beautiful and spacious, only the kitchenette is too small to really prepare something for lunch or dinner, just enough for breakfast in the morning. We stayed as a couple on this residence. We were in a really nice apartment, a living room with sofa and TV and a kitchenette, stairs leading to a mezzanine with a very comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom. We stayed 7 nights, I had a great time, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Excellent breakfast full of many options, even for celiacs and people with intolerances. Very nice and well-kept swimming pool with deckchairs and a well-kept garden. Spa center with caves and salt, spectacular relaxation area, warm indoor swimming pool with hydromassage, spectacular. Restaurant next to the structure where you can eat very well... what can I say, a truly perfect place in every way for a holiday in Tuscany.

We had an apartment, it was dated, but nice bathroom and large bed with excellent mattress. Kitchen needs to be replaced, inventory could also be improved. Swimming pool with beautiful views. The town is very cozy and within walking distance, where there are nice restaurants. I found the lady at reception very rude, I asked if she could exchange 10.00 for parking fees and tips, but this was not possible, the tax had to be paid in cash upon departure!
