waitress decidedly rude and ill-mannered, place that unfortunately has suffered a decline due to the unqualified staff that changes continuously every season, very expensive and poor service, shame for the country because it is very beautiful!

Una gita alle terme, una breve visita a San Pellegrino e ...un bella scoperta! Siamo stati alla pasticceria Bigio, un ambiente molto curato ma soprattutto con prodotti salati e non solo di pasticceria. Un breve spuntino con un' ottima insalatona, una piada e poi, già e poi i dolci! Un pensiero a mia moglie, un cuore di cioccolato bianco e frutti di bosco ricoperto da una sottilissima lavorazione rossa incredibile! Io una frolla alla crema al limone e meringa sopra... fantastica! Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo... Non ci siamo fermati a quello, abbiamo preso pasticceria mignon, monoporzioni, provato la loro torta a tre impasti e marmellata di albicocche di cui sono già in astinenza... Come dicono i latini de gustibus non disputandum est ma non ci sono dubbi che io e il maestro pasticcere Bigio siamo allineati! Five Stars per me!

Ambiente molto bello, camera con bagno veramente grande, pulita e con bellissima vista. Personale molto cordiale, accogliente e disponibile. Apprezzabile la colazione. Ottima posizione. Molta disponibilità nonostante sia arrivato in largo anticipo. Consigliabile

Ristrutturazione APPARENTE. Sul sito si vedono camere super lusso di nuova ristrutturazione. In realtà sono due pannelli di legno e un’imbiancata. I serramenti per esempio sono di almeno 30 anni fa. Riscaldamento a “valvola termostati a”. Scale fatiscenti. Non vale i 160,00 euro che costa. Ottima posizione per le terme.

Sono andata oggi per un caffè veloce. Premetto che in sala non c'era una sedia libera. Ho chiesto ai baristi se avessi potuto ordinare al banco. Visto il loro consenso ho chiesto un caffè e un bacio di dama. Questa sera mi è scappato l'occhio sullo scontrino...Da quando si paga un plus x ordine al banco??? Mai visto, e di caffè, anche in altri bar, ne bevo....anche dove costano ancora 1 euro, biscotto compreso. Nella foto allego anche scontrino di 5 giorni fa...3 pasticcini e 2 caffè comodamente seduti. In entrambi i casi lo scontrino è stato fatto dal titolare del locale.

Ci siamo fermati in questo hotel per andare all term. Posto strategico comodissimo per me aggiungere le terme. A parte questo il ragazzo che ci ha accolto alla reception gentilissimo ci ha dato anche la camera di un livello superiore. Camera bella e colazione super anche per via dei prodotti della pasticceria, briosch e pasticcini torte tt buone ma anche il salato. Sicuramente ci tornerò Anche il ristorante raffinato e prodotti buoni

Fantastico anche se stavano eseguendo dei lavori di ammodernamento. dalla camera alla colazione ,la cucina, ottima accoglienza.bravi tutti.in centro con ampio garage interno al mattino un buon profumo di dolci appena sfornati con colazione abbondante.

Pessimo davvero . Sarebbe da segnalare visto che le foto non corrispondono alla realtà ( allego reali foto).stanza che sapeva di fumo , maleodorante , letto che cigolava ,arredo vecchio e poco comodo .per non parlare della colazione . Non ho reclamato alla reception solo perché era oramai sera inoltrata e per fortuna ho trascorso una sola notte
