This place was little more than glorified camping. No hot water, the breakfast and room were very basic. No blanket, no daily housekeeping, only one bath towel and no hand towels provided. No shelf or place to put any toiletries in the bathroom and the cover on the pullout futon was filthy. It was ridiculously over priced for the amenities. There’s not a lot of options in Zipolite, but I would look elsewhere.

I highly recommend this beautiful ocean view suites to all my friends and family. Best View in the whole Zipolite beach, super clean rooms & friendly staff. Safe, and just across the beach. 42 Stairs is definitely worth it, lol by end of the trip I could run them. Italian/Swiss & Mexican Cuisine. Amazing home made pizza upon request, we couldnt stop eating it. Excellent prices and great atmosphere! Aderita & Joe

Stayed for 3 nights. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Showed me around the property and gave recommendations about the area. Very welcoming staff. Very nice, simple and clean hotel in a great, calm and quiet neighborhood of zipolite.

La atención es excelente, muy atentos a tus necesidades. Muy bien en relación precio y lo que se ofrece. La habitación es amplia, con buena vista y el aire acondicionado muy bien. Ideal para familias. Cerca de la playa, pero considerar para personas mayores o con dificultad para caminar, que hay que subir escaleras largas para llegar al hotel.

El hotel esta muy grande y bonito,tiene alberca y cuenta con todo lo necesaria para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones ademas que cerca hay restaurantes,banco,oxxo y variedad de playas que se pueden visitar a unos cuantos metros

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here! The room was very spacious with King size bed and a desk, shelves, mini-fridge, A/C and also a sofa bed near the window. The TV was a big bonus with Netflix and many other English channels. There is a huge balcony and it has a table and chairs with a sink and stovetop if you want to cook your own meals. The view is absolutely breathtaking from the room and the pool is nice and refreshing too. The host Maurizio is very helpful and can provide you with lots of information about what to see and do in the area. The vibe here was very relaxed and chill and he makes everyone feel welcome!

This place has a lot to offer: an AIRCON (a true luxury in Zipolite) a king size bed, a working desk with high speed Internet (Starlink), a TV, a small fridge, a large balcony with a stunning view of Zipolite beach, equipped with an outdoor kitchen with a stove and table plus a hamac to enjoy the view, a private bathroom and a shower with the same view.
On the main floor there's a small pool with long chairs to relax and a continental breakfast is offered. The owner and staff are very friendly. The hotel is at only 200 meters from the beach. There's about 50 stairs to climb to get there, but it's not a big fuss.
True, the place is rustic and that might annoy some. But for us, pros won largely over the cons of other reviews.
