Best western doesn’t have the best reputation in this part of the world but the hotel suits the brand. The staff are excellent and do anything they can to ensure you’re happy. Large pool with tiki bar. It’s located on the runway so very close to the airport! Large rooms with kitchenette and tv in lounge and bedroom - beds are comfy too! The only negative is the water pressure - not a big deal for guys but if you have a lady in your party with lots of hair she will be pulling hers out! Value for money, worth the stay.

The staff here is awesome! New faces and old faces (Graciela). Love their attitudes and spirit. Had plenty of towels (Not to steal and take home but to use them there! Please don't be that person and steal their towels. Go to Dollar tree and buy some!) Anyways, the 2 bedroom/2 bath allowed for my party to get dressed and out the door in record time. Huge pool. Breakfast was delicious. I had booked my tour before arriving but they are there to help you if you want. Waters provided everyday. My son used the fitness center. Ferry is about a 5-7 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again

Anniversary trip that was everything!!
The staff from reception to security were super friendly. The breakfast was made to order, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect. Its close to the ferry port and all the tasty restaurants. Theres even a little store to buy water and a few groceries for the full kitchen in our room. Our balcony looked over the pools on the property. We can see the planes go by as we werent far from Tropic Air airport. Will definitey stay here again.

We stayed at the Grand Baymen for two months. The condo grounds are well maintained, The staff friendly and helpful, our requests were accommodated in a professional manner. There is security on the property. It has one of the largest pools in San Pedro, as well as a well equipped gym. The Grand Baymen is conveniently located to stores and is a short distance from the beach. It is close to the airport, but the planes generally don't fly at night.

Absolutely amazing.The staff so friendly and the breakfast was great. Pool was clean rooms were as advertised and clean. Also a shout out to the staff for retrieving my bath robe and returning it to me. Would definitely recommend

They have construction going on a new building from 7 AM to 7 PM. Elevator is off due to construction. Had to walk to 4th floor. Ants problem. No paper towels or dish towel.
