We were on the top floor in Unit 8. The ONLY improvement I would make is add a couple of water bottles complimentary as a nice welcome and perhaps a full sized mirror. Otherwise, the sunrise was beautiful ( although still obstructed by the power line right in front). Totally convenient and easy walk to town and the 5-6 restaurants located at the end of the docks over the water. Air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, water pressure, kitchen stuff etc worked perfectly. There isn’t really a place to “swim on the beach” because of the seaweed but the pool worked out just fine. It is small.. so I imagine it would get crowded had there been more people - it’s more lounge pool than swimming pool. Very spacious for the two of us. Best part - Orlando was always very responsive if we had questions or needed anything.

Loved the restruraunts near the property and cleaning staff were super helpful dealing with some local issues. Cons..... safe was not bolted down and the music away from the property was loud on saturaday night ( not the properties fault.)

Outstanding service and location for a solid price
It is in a terrific location and was clean and their service was friendly and attentive and the price was very agreeable. the bed was comfortable and although the space is a little limited it served us just fine and I would recommend them to anyone considering staying in San Pedro!

Thanks to Orlando and Shane our stay at Palapa House was easy and carefree. The property provides a view of the culture of San Pedro that can’t be beat. If you’re looking to soak in the Caribbean culture and sea, then Palapa House is for you!
