Five Stars at Tres Coco Home of The Dog Cafe, Tres Coco is a cool beachfront resort. It is a little older but very well maintained. Tres Coco is in a nice part of town where there is lots to do if you have a golf cart. The staff is so kind and efficient. It rained some days but they provided us with options for games and in room spa service. Plus the birthday room decor was sooooo lovely with fresh flowers. Our family loved it & Che (the cat) showed us love too each morning. We will return on our next trip for sure.

We had an amazing time. Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. We were able to take a golf cart everywhere and the island is easy to navigate. The restaurant and bar right in the courtyard is fantastic and friendly. Quiet place with a cozy pool.

Bob was very nice and gave us good advice and great service and Mattie was very helpful. We were in condo 205 which was a wonderful condo and brand new on the third floor with great views. Recommend that you stay there and go diving .

I literally don’t have one complaint. I came to Belize for my birthday and starting weeks out, Tres Cocos was in communication with me, explaining how everything would work and seeing if we had any special requests or needed accommodations. While there, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was beautiful with an ocean view. Beds were super comfortable. The pool was clean and cute, right next to a bar and food. The front desk staff was always available. Everything was perfect and I am glad to have stayed here!

Absolutely amazing. Great property. Amazing condo (2 bedroom, 2 bath AND 2 patios!!). great property. Great communication. Nice to have the restaurant and bar on property (with pool, darts and games and great food, service and drinks). Just north of town so great location between town and secret beach. We had an issue in the unit that they responded to so quickly. I’m definitely staying here again !

Staff here are amazing, everyone from front desk to the cleaners and the landscape guys. These guys truly care about your experience. My only complaint was I wish I had stayed in a more upgraded unit, I knew it’d be basic but it was a little beyond that. It ended up being fine and we had a wonderful time.

This is a really nice resort. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning was cold, the water was hot, and the location was absolutely beautiful. It's a very nice location, close enough to town for a quick golf cart ride. But just far enough away to be out of all the hustle and bustle. Everyone was friendly and any questions we had were immediately answered. I would definitely recommend this location if you were looking for a beautiful resort for your stay in san pedro.

Home away from home Very comfortable rooms, spacious and clean. Great Helpdesk in the main office. There’s a restaurant and bar on site next to the pool which was so convenient. Pharmacy, massage studio, restaurants, and coffee shop within walking distance.
