Very clean and beautiful rooms. Great roof top bar and pool. Super friendly guests. If you need I golf cart …. Rent from these people as well. That was our biggest mistake when we traveled to San Pedro They picked us up at the airport. Top notch staff Will be back!

Mi Casa, Su Casa I loved the RoofTop Pool and Bar...what a fantastic view! Just a short walk to the water and restaurants! The owners are wonderful and they make you feel at home!

Awesome place to stay with your family Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) The property is very clean, well taken care of, and a wonderful place to stay while you explore the island. We also felt secure and appreciated being able to rent a cart from them that could be parked behind the gate.

Aileen and her staff was exceptionally accommodating. It was reassuring knowing that Aileen and her staff were so responsive. My family and I had a very unexpected journey that delayed some of the family arriving the same day as planned. Aileen and her staff made several pick up and drop off’s to make sure we arrived at Casa del Rai safely. One of the rooms I slept in was located on the street side which caused it to be a little noisy. But ear plugs fixed that right away and I slept comfortably. My family and I definitely will be staying here again. I can’t thank Aileen and her staff enough on how accommodating they’ve been even after we left. Aileen’s staff video called me, to help me look for very important documents I thought I left behind is above and beyond exceptional service. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for more of a home/family feel. versus a resort.

Wonderful host and staff. This was our second time staying here and everything was awesome. Best sunrise and sunset on the Caye! Condos and site are kept very clean and pristine. Location is perfect, many dining places within walking distance. Be sure to check out Hurricanes for dinner or a day of lounging in the Caribbean. We will definitely be going back.
