Our family of 8 came to town for the Rayados game! We chose the Westin and it was simply amazing. We requested view rooms and they gave us rooms with fantastic mountain views. Anything we requested they more than accommodated. The views from the breakfast room and roof top pool / bar were incredible. Every staff member was super friendly. Esau De Leon at the bar was exceptional….he is a superstar! We will come back just to visit him! We have traveled throughout the world and are loyal to Marriott, and this property in Monterrey is exceptional. We had such a great time. Well done Monterrey Westin team!

El trato del personal en recepción al igual que en el restaurant fue excelente. El problema fue que en regadera no había jabón y No dejaban toallas para secarte así como tampoco limpiaban solo tendían las camas y así como también no funcionaba bien el sensor para abrir la puerta de la habitación También no sabía que el hotel no tiene estacionamiento. Tienes que estacionarte en el estacionamiento del centro comercial y por ende te sale muy caro
