It is quiet, spacious and clean, abd has a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The two rooms, bathroom, and kitchen all lead outside to rhe porch, which can be uncomfortable in winter (it gets cold at night). The heaters provided barely manage to keep the temperature bearable at night. The grounds are shared with a neighbour who periodically goes to tender his horse. The host told us so, but once he arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning, which frightened us. The hostvis very accommodating and communication is good (I don't know if he knows English). Once, the driveway was flooded as the irrigation channel overflowed. Otherwise, a good budget option in San Pedro if you have a car.
