This place is a hidden gem. Just off the motor way . Beautiful grounds, which are well maintained. Never had to be up early to get a sun lounger . Pools dnt open till 10am .Life guards so helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The whole grounds are spotless. The food is your normal all inclusive chicken, pork beef, salad, chips etc. Couldnt fault it. It is in a remote area with little around it but you can walk into town 10 mins will take you, or down to the beach and follow the path round which will lead to Mabella. Lots of day trips to had. This hotel is a place to relax I will definitely return .

The outdoor areas of this hotel are lovely, although we found that you need to be up early if you want a sun bed. It’s very family oriented with lots of activities for children and adults during the day and entertainment every evening. Our room was a little on the small side and a bit dated but it was comfortable enough. Bed was good and we slept well. Food was disappointing as it seemed to be the same thing every day, with chicken, pork fish or beef freshly grilled in front of you with a selection of vegetables and potatoes. Pasta and salads were also available but there was little variation. The hotel is in a residential area so not much to do locally, although Puerto Banus is a short taxi ride away. The beach is a ten minute walk away and is rocky so is not great for spending the day at. We had a lovely break here and if all you want to do is sit by the pool, this is for you. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore further afield.

Hotel is decent. It’s basic but it’s located less than 10min uber to puerto banus. Food is ok but we ate out for dinner mostly. Buddies beside hotel is nice for food. Outside the hotel is only 2 bars. Short 10 min walk to a beach front- though not a great beach. Drinks in hotel not great. Charge extra for a lot of them even on all inclusive. Room and pool great. Plenty of entertainment on and nice atmosphere around the hotel. Wouldn’t visit again but enjoyed the 5 night stay.

Wow.. this hotel is a hidden gem. The best all inclusive hotel we have stayed at in a few years now. Close to the motorway as previous guests have mentioned, but when you walk through the hotel entrance into the lush gardens and pretty water features, you feel instantly relaxed and on holiday. We travelled for 10 days as a family of 7 with age ranges from 72 to 12 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We stayed all inclusive through TUI and felt that this hotel was worth every penny. We upgraded our rooms and weren’t disappointed.. the bathrooms were beautiful and spotless, large rooms and the air conditioning was a dream as it was exceptionally hot for June when we stayed. Cleanliness 10/10, the food 10/10… not the usual same repeated food you come to expect from a lot of other hotels who offer an all inclusive package. Also, the quality of the food has to be noted as we found this to be exceptional. The entertainment package on offer is fantastic .. we particularly enjoyed the evening performances, which included Motown night, flamenco show and of course the bingo of which my son won 200 euros on our last night ! The hotel staff are wonderful and friendly. If you do not fancy a bus ride into the resorts, the receptionist will call you a taxi which arrives quite quickly and costs around 8 euros one way. The pools are lovely and big and there’s plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. It’s a lovely atmosphere around the pool that’s close to the bar and restaurant as the main pool tends to have the music on for the water aerobics, volleyball etc throughout the day. No ****** here, just families, couples and friends travelling together and we met so many lovely people. The hotel is around and hour and 15 mins from Malaga airport, with regular buses into Estepona and Puerto Banus. The hotel does offer a free shuttle at 10.30am into Puerto Banus, which is a first come first served queue and once the coach is full, that’s it for the day. If you don’t enjoy this hotel, I would be very surprised, we would return for definite in the future. Thank you for a wonderful holiday !

We booked a saver room which is on the front right next to the fuel carriage way but this didn’t disturb us. The air con was amazing and we always slept brilliant. I think for a 3 star hotel the food is good, there is always somewhere to get food at anytime of the day. The drinks were good the main pool bar could do with opening earlier in high season as 12 seems late but you could just walk to the other bar that’s just me being lazy. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Arrived today was allocated room 8 Seville, room was fine but air conditioning unit was not working and showed an error code , reported straight away as room was like an oven , was told maintenance was informed, however nothing was done and reported 3 times in total , outcome was offered a small fan at 10pm no rooms apparently available to change so no alternative but to stay in room of 31 degrees no air to breath like being in an oven , also on a ground floor so can't leave door open , to say we are dissopointed is an understatement, and has put a downer on the holiday from the get go ,

Great value for money for the week we just had outside main school holidays. Hotel location and out and about Hotel is right next to dual carriageway but you would not have known, as soon as you step through hotel lobby you feel like you are in a Spanish village it is very pretty setting. To get to the beach just turn left down the side road as you come out of hotel and walk straight down to sea front. 15 mins walk. The beach is pebbles so bring your crocks! We took the hotel huttle bus to Puerto Benus but could have walked along sea front about 30 mins walk door to door from hotel. Just turn left when you hit the sea front and walk along the prom. The port was amazing expensive yachts and cars and shops. The actual queue for the free Puerto Benus shuttle bus was interesting... We joined the queue 20mins before due and waited, only for people to come along last minute and push to the front. NOT Good. If it is the hotel shuttle then perhaps a member of staff should attend the queue to make sure that does not happen. .... One day we took the public bus to Marbella bus stop right outside the hotel, only a couple of euros . Once you arrive if you walk up the hill to the old town or is very beautiful with lovely restaurants and gift shops. Food in hotel We stayed for a week and the variety of food was good, I don't eat meat and I always had a good choice. The restaurant did feel a little like a school dinner hall with low ceilings there was a lot of noise. Not somewhere for a romantic meal.... But there are a few restaurants along the sea front, if you want a treat with Marbella prices. Room We went for a deluxe room which was very nice and came with tea and coffee making facilities for the extra cost. My husband and me had a coffee on the first day and noticed that the house keeper did not replace sachets. We went to reception the next day to ask for a few more only to be told you only get 2 coffee sachets per stay .... As you need to use the public coffee machine ( which is horrible and doesn't even taste of coffee) . We ended up going to the supermarket just next door and got our own. House keeping The actual hotel grounds are kept to a very high standard. However only scored 3 for cleanliness as we didn't have our shower cleaned and only had partial new clean towels the day before we left. Other bits.. WiFi is great once you get connected Pools great for families with young and older children. Evening entertainment was good It is very good for a three ⭐ I would deffo come back but being my own coffee LOL ..

This is our second visit here and will be our last. We visited as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens over 2 rooms. We requested a high quiet room which was upheld and were next door but one, which was fine. However, the rooms are getting tired. Holes in the bathroom door, dirty old tiles, awkward shower and the front door actually fell off its hinges one night! We placed our towels in the bath to be changed mid way through and they weren’t replenished, so we asked at reception, to be rudely questioned and offered 1 when there are 3 of us in the room. Staff overall rather hit and miss compared to our previous stay sadly. The hotel itself is in a fabulous location and we very much enjoyed wandering out at night to the beach in the cool for a change of scenery. The entertainment was very crowded and just not for us. The bodega bar was lovely and relaxed instead, we enjoyed playing cards there with the lovely barman who was here on our previous visit. Cleanliness is so/so, the public loos need attention more often, especially the one around the quiet pool….fowl! The food is mediocre, we’re used to all inclusive, the bustle and repetitiveness but this was pretty poor this time. Terrible meats, generally pork or fatty poor quality on offer constantly. I have to say I had an off tummy all week and my step daughter had a 24hour bug which had her laid up, unsure if food but wouldn’t be surprised. I’m well travelled and very used to all inclusives and having visit here previous, was excited to come back but sadly it didn’t meet our expectations.
