An catastrofy ! No internet, furniture are not fix in the bathroom, slipery all around when it’s raining, bad service, room wall so thin that you living with next room, they are just looking to your money ! Avoid

De passage à San Pedro pour un séjour d'un jour prévu, nous avons finalement passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel bien tenu, idéalement situé en bordure de mer et disposant de belles installations telles que, une grande piscine, des bungalows, un restaurant avec une belle terrasse, un bar, un espace de jeux pour enfants, une immense plage de sable fin, un terrain de Beach Voley, un parking sécurisé, le wifi gratuit dans les espaces communs, etc...). Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, et équipées de TV à écran plat et de l'air conditionné. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité du personnel et notamment de Madina, Henriette, Davilla et du chef cuisinier pour les succulents repas concoctés après minuit et pour leur réactivité à répondre à toutes nos demandes. Nous tenons donc à renouveler notre satisfaction à Mr Frank Akrery et tout le personnel sous sa responsabilité. Nous reviendrons très probablement.

I decided to take my family on a 5 day trip for my husbands 60th birthday. We took a plane to San Pedro, the hotel van picked us up and the Hotel owner also came to support with our luggage. The hotel room was decorated with HBD signs and we could order what we wanted to eat on a daily basis in advance and decide on time for dinner. Our meals were adapted to us and our table ready anytime. The Chef is from Bocuse and the food is just excellent. The staff is beyond friendly and ready to support and help at any time. They have a cozy swimming pool, a beautiful and clean Beach and an extraordinary view on the sea… They organized different road trips for us to visit extraordinary sites…of which pictures are posted as well. The natural pools, Monogaga, the “baie des sirènes” in grand Bereby,… We felt like being at home in this hotel.

Abbiamo provato il ristorante. Dopo 1h30 di attesa, tranne che per un bicchiere di vino, non avevano neanche apparecchiato e non ci hanno portato nessun ordine nonostante diversi solleciti. Abbiamo deciso di andare via e lo staff non ci voleva portare il conto per farci aspettare ancora e non perdere i 2 clienti. Dopo 10 minuti di discussioni siamo riusciti ad andarcene lasciando sul tavolo 20 euro per 2 bicchieri di vino.

Chambre bien pour quelque jours, les employés ne sont pas sympa, nous avions l'impression d'être en colonie de vacances avec des règles débiles !! En vrai cadre sympa mais les employés tous confondu du chef au petit serveur désagréable
