Seems recently renovated. We enjoyed the stay. My kids loved our family room with a king and 2 sofa beds. Appliances all seemed new. Room was equipped with other basics as well.

We arrived at check-in time as weary travelers and were greeted by the sounds of a power washer, and it was loud when we were trying to relax. Sorry to have been a weary traveler. It was horrible. We’ll never stay here again. Calling the desk did get it stopped. But why wasn’t this noise d9ne between checkout and check-in times?

The rooms are completely remodeled, the staff is great and the area is nice. They even have a diner a block away the Pacific Diner.

Quaint Motel in San Pedro You could tell the room was renovated recently. Very clean and comfortable. Parking wasn't great but we were able to park behind the building and it was safe. The shower was brand new and worked really well. Front desk person was helpful and friendly. I thought the location was very quaint. A cute, quiet little town San Pedro.

Wonderful stay! At first glance I was a little leery of the buildings-they looked “tired.” But when I got to my room, I was amazed! Very modern, roomy, with ceiling fans and a comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette. Excellent little cafe right around the corner. And the beach is just a couple blocks away! Highly recommend!!
